In a world where many are out to make a quick dishonest buck, Marwans actions speak clearly that he doesn’t belong to that class of individual. I do think the rate he charges is quite reasonable, and highly competitive for the quality service he provides. He gave me his rate, and we actually called up a few property management companies in the area on the spot, and the prevailing rate we got is definitely higher than what Marwan asked for. And some of them are definitely not as easy to work with as Marwan.
I just moved across the country, and it is my first time being a landlord. Marwan made it real easy for me, and I am thankful for his work.
