Go to this store if you want excellent customer service. They greet you as soon as yo walk in. Everyone in here is very nice all the time. As much as I go here, I’ve never had any worker with attitude. They are very knowledgeable and give the best advise on purchases, not out to take your money. Very helpful. It’s sometimes busy, but not over crowded. They move the line along nice and quick. This is why I keep going back to them.

This is my go to for new and used video games. Power-​Up rewards program is worth it for the discount on used games and increased value on trade-​ins. The staff is friendly and helpful; usually they can give good input on purchases (helpful if you’re a clueless mom/​dad shopping for kids). Selection is good (not as expansive as mall locations) but the store is also rarely crowded, so you waste less time trying to pay or get help.
