Frank’s Auto Body & Frame Specialists was a GOD-​SEND after a horrible experience at Branning’s Auto Body Shop in East Brunswick.
I was in a car accident in mid-​July. My car insurance company had to approved auto body centers, and Branning’s was the closest one, so I chose to have my car towed there. Their service was so bad and slow that I was fed up.
I called Frank’s Auto Body & Frame Specialists, and they came out the SAME DAY, looked at the car, said that it in fact could be fixed (for lower than the payout for the total loss no less!), and towed it to their location in North Brunswick. They fixed it quickly, but showed us some photos of the car after it had been «looked at» by Branning’s…Branning’s had CUT through the fender and part of the CAR, causing EXPONENTIALLY MORE damage than I had from the accident! It actually cost almost $ 1,000 MORE to fix because of their looking at the car.
