I wish I could give this place a 0. We did our baby registry here and have wasted so much time due to lack of staff and when we are able to talk with staff, all we get are people with horrible attitudes, even just checking up to see if a shipment came in.

Placed an order for a crib and didn’t receive proper notification that the crib arrived. I had to call them to find out that the crib was there. After getting the crib home, i found that apart was damaged. The store ordered a replacement piece and said that it should arrive to my home by the end of the week. Hopefully this is the case

This place is really a 0!!! I ordered furniture on 7⁄8 and received an email on 7⁄8 stating that my order was NOW getting shipped to the store and will be ready for pick up in a few days. I called on 7⁄10 to check the status of my order and the lady I spoke to could not find my order number and insisted I had the wrong order number. She told me that it is on the truck and should be at the store on Sunday so my husband could pick it up then. I called on Sunday, another woman said it was not on their truck that day and said it could be on the next truck coming in on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday, and at this point I was very irritated that no one could tell me exactly where my order was and what truck it’s on. I spoke with the manager and she said it is still not in the truck that came in from their factory and give it a few more days. I called back on Friday, and still my order was not in and they remained clueless as to where my order is. This place is HORRIBLE with the worst customer service. Don’t waste your time buying anything here!!!

This review is true for almost every Babies R Us I’ve ever been to. No matter what items are on my list, BRU is out of at least one thing. And I’m talkin regular baby stuff: diapers, formula, shoes, etc. Things any baby store should always have in stock. It’s so frustrating. Every time I go shopping, at some point I end up saying to myself«Babies R Us disappoints me again.» They never have enough cashiers at the registers, they usually only have 1 line open, so it takes too long to check out. And they also never have enough sales people on the floor. So when I need someone to check the back for diapers that aren’t stocked on the shelf(they more than likely don’t have any in the back either) it takes forever to find someone. I’ve come to rely more on Target for my baby stuff lately.

This is the closest Babies R us near by Edison, they have lack of staff with attitude issues. I had to return and exchange certain items in the store, the staff and the managers were not friendly and were extremely impatient with us. It was a frustrating experience we had with Babies R us. We will not go back to the location, and will shop for our baby in Target or Amazon in the future. Poor customer service in the store and online. Service is not reliable please be aware.

I needed to buy a new baby gift. I’m slow. The baby’s first birthday is in two days. But I finally got to Babies R Us and was pleased to find a big selection of appropriate outfits to choose from. Normally, I hate buying things for little boys, since boys’ clothing doesn’t excite me, but happily, I found something rather quickly. I also didn’t have to wait long to check out, which in the past was always a problem here. The store has everything you could possibly need for a baby or toddler, and at various price points.
