Pizza Pub

Pizza is great, the employees are not the brightest bulbs on the tree. Ordered it pre-​bake which means not fully cooked. told her 3 times over the phone, she confirmed it twice, so either she can’t write or the cooks can’t read. My bet is a combo of both.
Again great food you just have to spell it out for them, then do it yourself.

We have come here often for several years. Good pizza. Good beer. But… the last three times here there have been shrieking, running kids. Management needs a policy about kids staying seated before one ends up with a hot pizza on their head. Will probably try again but if no better, we’ll be moving on. I mean… who holds a kids birthday party at a bar anyway?

This is your typical local pizza joint/​bar!
I stopped in with some friends on a Wednesday night, the day before Thanksgiving. It was packed! Everyone was back in town again for the holidays. Although we were able to find a table rather quickly for our party of 6, it could have been a much longer wait since there isn’t a Host/​Hostess to organize seating.
They had a live band playing that night which was pretty cool, but the sound system was a bit loud for my taste. I guess that’s the only problem with live bands…
We started with two appetizers, the first was an order of fried pickle chips. These are very addictive… I much prefer the sliced chip style over the spear style that some places serve. The second appetizer we had was the fried Mac and Cheese… also very tasty!
With a name like Pizza Pub, pizza better be the best thing on your menu… And it is! I’ve had several of their specialty pizza’s before, but tonight we had their new Chicken Bacon and Ranch pizza… It’s as delicious as it sounds! I can’t wait to test out all their other pizza’s. I just need to convince my friends to test them with me. =)

Great pizza but not real kid friendly. Pizza sauce is way overloaded with black pepper! Kids say it burns theirs mouths and I agree. Not a slam here. Love their pizza but would be even better if they cut back on the pepper or whatever makes sauce so hot.

Food was good, but my server at the end (young blonde girl) told me to hurry up and pay since she was off. Honestly if you want a good tip then be friendly and provide me service.

Pizzas are great! Service was very slow. Place was packed. Waitress apologized for long wait. Blamed it on the craft fair. They were definitely not prepared for the rush at noon on Saturday. I will give it another try. Still a couple of pizzas I’d like to sample.

I’ve been in here numerous times but this time was different. Different staff. Different vibe.
We ordered a PIZZA. A larger three topping job. When it arrived it looked pretty darn tasty.
We got half was through it… THE CRUST WAS NOT COOKED. We advised the server. The staff
said «we’ll make it over for you». We weren’t wanting another one though. We were so bummed that we just wanted to leave. We asked for a discount on the pizza. It took begging to get this to happen.
This has never happened here at the PIZZA PUB. Big bummer. With all the choices in town… You NEED to make sure you are Top Shelf all the time…

Asparagus pizza! It was delicious! The service was less than fabulous, however. It was our first time there so maybe it was a fluke. We will try again if we are in the neighborhood.

Great pizza with friendly staff. The pub special is mighty tasty. Only complaint is that it took forever to get the pie. Wasn’t very packed, so I’m not sure why it took that long. They really need to fix this as the wait time makes me not want to return. Good prices as well.

Food is excellent. Staff is very friendly.

One of the few local places in this town, so for that reason alone, you should go here.
The pizza is good — very filling. It’s a HUGE space inside with not that many tables for how big it is. I wonder if they use the space for meetings, parties, etc. Wouldn’t get much more off the menu other than pizza though — pretty basic food otherwise.
The men’s bathroom needs some help. There’s really no privacy wall on the urinal so anyone playing pool can see straight in once the door is opened — kinda awkward. Unless you’re into that thing.

A bit noisy but nice selection of beers. The pizza was excellent, the staff was attentive, overall a recommended place worth a visit.
