I attended one of Alison’s acupressure workshops, so my review is based on my participation in the workshop class.
Alison is knowledge and pretty attentive to her class participants. Although the workshop was just a basis overview of acupressure, I left the class with some good info and practical tools, which I can use on myself and talk to my clients about (I am a Fitness Profesional). Overall, I enjoyed the workshop.
