Don’t expect the same flavorful taste you experience in Maryland here, it’s worse here. Barely any chicken in their orange chicken and the rice was dried/hard. Grillled Chicken teriyaki had too much fatty skin that was chewy and had to spit it out. We ended up taking out our food as there was to a clean table to find to seat and eat. The only GOOD thing, was the friendly counter staff.

Not a bad experience for my first time. I was unsure of the ordering process at first. Luckily I was able to order some vegetarian options, fried rice, chow mein, veggies and vegetable spring rolls. The food was fresh because I had arrived when they were restocking… yay me. I did not like that there was only one cashier, handling money and food. It’s always a pet peeve of mine to see the same person who’s handing cash to be so close to food. There was a older lady there but she did not help the young female cashier. I don’t know what her role was, but there was a line and she did not acknowledge it.

Thai location is severely undermined by their staff, usually I have to wait 10 min or more on every visit due to poor production planning. Employees standing around while I’m waiting on my food. It’s a bad deal because my family really loves the food. Is sad when a corporation works hard to build a Brand only to have local employees destroy is by failing to execute the plan laid out for them.

This place is pretty empty(only one other customer) and I can see why. I came here for the 1st time for lunch on Saturday past noon. The food selections are limited. The chef didn’t finish cooking. Besides the dry lo mein and fried rice that looks old, there were about 4 o 5 other items displayed out of about 15. Luckily, the items I wanted to order was displayed. The food is dry so it must be old leftovers from previous day. It was at least still edible but I’m disappointed considering my pleasant experience from other Panda Express locations. I would not be surprised if this Panda Express closes down from not having enough business.

Panda Express may not be fine dining but anytime with visit this location the food is always tasty and fresh. The prices are decent and they have enough variety to accommodate most people. The customer service is good. They have parking outside and a good amount of tables for dining in.

I went into this restaurant craving some delicious Chinese. I walked in and it smelled strange. I decided to still give it a try. I asked the man behind the counter if they had any vegan options. He didn’t know what vegan means, which is okay but when I explained it to him he laughed at me. Yup. LAUGHED. Customer service here none existent.

Fast polite service. Chow mein(often called lomein) was dry and tasteless. The crispy beef was the same and the chicken egg roll were soggy and not hot. 9 bucks. No comparison to a standard Chinese restaurant.

This Panda Express location is not like the rest. The food is salty and has been sitting out for a while like other Unilocalers said. I just gave it a shot because I do like Panda Express food not at this one. Not all places are created equal. The server even got my order wrong. Ordered spring rolls and got egg rolls instead. I guess they all sound the same.

I don’t like the fact that the food is let out buffet style for so long. It takes away the freshness. Food is a bit stale and might taste dried up. The food is not bad, but it’s not great either. Just keeping it real. Don’t expect to see Jacky Chang eating here!

When I first walked in, I was surprised how empty it was compared to Wendy’s right next door, considering it was lunch hour. But when I tried their entrees, it was clearly evident why it was so slow. The entrees are way too salty and over-seasoned and for the price, not worth it. I couldnt even finish the rest of my orange chicken and beef with broccoli because i was drinking so much water. Not all panda express are like this but this one in particular, has very poor quality of food. It seemed like they weren’t even trying at all because they knew deep inside how much it sucked.

Nope. Maybe it’s because we are spoiled in this area with great Chinese-American food, but this place didn’t cut it for me. Choices were minimal and the food was over-seasoned and overpriced. The staff was pretty clueless, too, although they were nice. I actually only went because El Pollo Loco was closed due to fire. I won’t go back.

A product of the west coast I was missing Panda Express something awful. I was shocked out of my mind when I happened to discover this new location in a shopping center that also has another California favorite El Pollo Loco! I called up a friend and we lunched on the famous orange chicken and the new walnut shrimp. YUMMY! Portions were huge. We were full and content! She is now also a fan! Love this location and the freshness of the food. Thank you Panda for coming to the east coast!
