Really disappointed in this dunkins. After repeating our order multiple times, and one last time when it was handed to us, they gave us attitude and it was still wrong. We weren’t ordering some complicated drink either. Off of their menu we ordered two medium hazelnut swirls with half and half. The manager, I’m assuming, in the picture taken by Holly was just mean and the guys making the coffee would rather have been anywhere else. I understand mistakes, but the can’t be bothered attitude really pissed me off. I LOVE DUNKINS! But this one FAILS!

I normally go to another Dunkin Donuts on Bergenline Ave but I happened to drive by and stopped in for a dozen donuts and a large coffee. I saw the price for a half dozen donuts was almost 6.00. The one on Bergenline that I had just gone to 3 days before only charge 4.00. So when I inquired they said that the 3.99 is only once a year which is a lie. I was very unhappy being treated like an idiot for questioning them. I ended up not purchasing anything and leaving.

My first experience back at at Dunkin Donuts in many many years… The line went quickly and the service was prompt. However, I had asked for a donut with chocolate inside, and the guy gave me one with chocolate on top. Then I asked for an iced hazelnut coffee, but even after much repeating on my part, he gave me only and iced black coffee. Very disappointed since I live in California and was excited to visit a Dunkin Donuts again.

I decided to give this Dunkin another try on my way to class this morning and holy moly I was impressed. Everyone was polite quick and efficent and my order was made to perfection. Maybe my other dunkin experience was just a fluke because I was impressed. Only giving 4 stars because the bad first impression they gave me.

It’s all about location, location, location. Pass this DD on the way to work everyday. I’ll stop in 2 to3 times a week. If working early AM hours I hit the drive thru. If working later hours I stop & go in (if time permits).Friendly customer service & pretty fast.
