Claffey’s Painting

I would never use this company! This is the painter my builder chose for my house, they never covered the floor and spilled paint thinner on my hardwood floors, slopped stain on my brand new carpet, slopped paint/​stain all over my cabinets, the paint is thin is spots, the trim isn’t even painted in areas (just factory primed) they never removed staples in the exterior and just painted over them. The list could go on and on. I have had my previous house painted outside, inside and cabinets and by far this is the worst job I have ever seen! I think my 9 year old could do better, thank you Claffey’s for ruining my custom built dream home!

Claffey’s was the company used by the builder who did my house. They might do a paint job, but it sure isn’t a quality job. If you look at the big picture, it’s fine. But, once you start noticing the details — look out. The painters have been back a couple of times, and still need to come back. There are many areas where the paint is blotchy, spotty, thin, or slopped over onto the baseboards. Some of the caulking wasn’t done prior to painting, leaving holes in the trim next to the wall. Baseboard corners weren’t painted thoroughly. If I had known the paint job would look like this, I would’ve hired someone on my own. Come to think of it, I may, just to have the job done right. If you don’t care about the details and a job being done neatly and thoroughly, these are your guys.
