Horrible! Chicken was old, dry and flakey like my great grandma breast milk. The West Indian staff or Caribbean staff make me confuse my own order when they repeat it back to me. And the weird manager, who looks like Elmer’s Glue, is always on his phone or somewhere. Always trying to flirt with his employees like a creep instead of helping them. This place is a joke. Doesn’t even function correctly. Ohh man another Popeyes scratched off my list of to-go places. The KFC down the road is way better

I love to eat my Popeyes chicken here and there. But this Popeyes have the worst customer service. I was ordering and in the middle of me ordering the young lady cut me off and ask me to drive around to the 2nd window. I did as I was told and continue to order. She snap at me and ask me why I didn’t «talk faster». I was caught off guard by her behavior I didn’t even finish my order. After all of this she’s passing my drink and the top pop open and spill all over my hand. Oh no she didn’t apologize or pretend to care she just close the window and continue taking orders. I patiently waited for her to open the window and ask for some napkins. I wanted to go off on her and then I thought about it and she was not worth the time or energy. But I will definitely make a complaint with the manger.

Unfortunately I don’t speak patois, so I have to explain my lunch order twelve times to the Caribbean Queen at the register along with funny yoga like gestures. Eventually, I get handed a bag of food including this enormous family sized red beans and rice. I kid you not, I didn’t even order beans and rice, I ordered French Fries. I must have looked like I wanted them? I’m not even gonna try to reason this out. Anyway, I have this hole in a wall, I was gonna check-in at Home Depot next but no need now, I got wall spackle here. Man oh man food comma Delicious spicy fried chicken. Amusing people watching here as well for you nosey-types.

I feel bad to give this 3-star review. Last night the hunger bug hit & I stopped to get a quick fix. After waiting at the drive thru speaker for a few, the guy tells me they only have chicken. No biscuits, no sides, just chicken. However they had about a half hour until closing. This is FASTFOOD. Meaning the biscuits are cooked FAST. It should not take long to whip up a few biscuits. And there was a line of customers behind me probably wanting biscuits too. Anyway, I order just chicken, yet he charges my card for a whole combo. He seemed as if him & his fellow coworker didn’t know how to use the register. Where is a manager to help them? I tell the young man to give me whatever he has to compensate for over-charging me. He gives me rice & a drink. I must say that he did throw in extra chicken. I was thankful. While waiting for this transaction(That took entirely too long) to end, I see a manager was on site the whole time! ALL this going on and there is a manager on site! Unacceptable. Please get it together. I hope I will not deal with this every time.

I like this place haven’t had a problem with them yet, kind staff, cleanliness is pretty ok, my only gripe is that the wicked chicken is gone I’m just so upset right now. Oh and they have the best biscuits better than KFC

Quick service during lunch hours. Dip ‘n Chicken combo for $ 3.99 is a great deal. Popeyes in my opinion is so much better than KFC.

On a weekend night they almost never have spicy chicken ready to serve… and I think they made me sick a couple of times. Staff is polite though they won’t communicate with you why the 10 minutes you agreed to wait for chicken has turned to 30!
