Just another horrible experience… I sat online for 25 minutes watching the new hire trying to find her way while the entire time the active manager or person in charge did nothing to help. As I was limited for time and 25 mins with only 1 person in front of me should be more then enough, I reluctantly left the store never to return. My search for a staples that knows what they’re doing continues.

As an Office Manager, I had to order office supplies for work to pick them up in store the next day… Next day comes«oh, UPS didn’t come in yet…» at 1pm — «come back later» so I come back the NEXT day at the same time, and 4 associates are standing at the counter doing JACK-$ 6it and I have my print outs, and I just stand there for 5 minutes until they were ready to help me(meanwhile one of them was getting ready to leave for the day!) So lead monkey says he will help, yet I’m the one that saw my name on the box behind the counter, not to mention not even LOOKING at the coupon that was TOTALLYVALID for in-store pick up purchases! To say customer service is lacking in this location is an understatement — back to ordering office supplies online, where I CAN get them NEXT day, and I don’t have to be bothered!!!

One of the WORST Staples I have ever been to. The place is a mess and the workers are not helpful at all. Asked the worker where I can find folders and he just pointed into the air and said right there or there. Then when we wanted to find out if they had more then what was out, the other worker just plain ignored our question. I would never go back there nor should you…
