I love BDubs, but this place RARELY gets the order right when you order pickup. We always have to check the bag when we get there and at least 3 things are missing and then when we get home we realize something had the wrong sauce.

Food is good basically the same at all of them. However the service at this location is horrendous. I waited for over 45 minutes for my order, which I placed 2 days in advance. Very disappointed.

I have now been to B-Dubs’ North Babylon NY location 3 times(2 to take out &1 to eat in), and this location has screwed up my order EVERYTIME. Most recently, we dropped in the night before the Super Bowl, to place an order for pickup the next day. We ordered wings, celery/blue cheese, and loaded potato wedges(with cheddar and bacon). When I went to pick this up, there were no fries. The young lady, who happened to have taken the order the night before, said«sorry, it wasn’t on the ticket». This despite her repeating the order given at that time. Then when I get home, I find that I have plenty of blue cheese… but no celery. Our previous visit, we ate in; the fried onions were soggy & the fried pickles had no crispy covering. It wasn’t until the manager came over that this was even acknowledged; the server did not seem moved at all, despite the fact that the manager & one of the more senior servers replaced the order. And my previous takeout experience I was given regular wings instead of boneless. I have eaten at B-Dubs’ Bay Shore location, and have not encountered the same issues. But it’s clear that their North Babylon location is a hot mess.

I love the honey Barbecue Wings and the Nachos with chicken. I feel as though over time the food portions have decreased and the prices have increased. I love the food here, the wings are reasonably priced, but the starters are definitely overpriced. I love coming here to watch a big game that is on and being able to keep ordering food. I always try to come on Thursdays because thats when they have a boneless wing special.

This is our go to neighborhood spot for wings and to watch a game. I oblige because my husband loves the wings. The crowd is pretty gross consisting of either slobs or bros. other than the wings, the rest of the menu is all fried low quality bar food. The wings are good which is the redeeming factor and they have a great selection of wing sauces and rubs.

Here’s the thing. For what it is(chain pub food restaurant /sports bar) it really isn’t bad. The sauces are delicious, in my experience the wings are meaty and of decent quality, the beer selection is better then most and the serving size is substantial. TV’s everywhere that are loud enough to drown out the ambient noise but not so loud that you can’t hold a conversation — within this class of establishment, they have the formula correct. Last night though, which is one of two times I’ve ever came to this location(once was when it opened years ago, which I cannot recall at this time) just bothered me. So much so that here i am. Disclaimer; my waiter(s) were polite, courteous, and attentive. One was a trainee. We ordered Drinks to start, Sam Adams Cherry Wheat, and Sam Winter Lager. This is the first thing that just didn’t sit right with me. The latter at the waiters excited suggestion. They brought us Sam Cherry Wheat. and Sam Cold Snap. Which, if you know anything about beer, is nothing other then just saying — oh, it’s a Sam seasonal winter brew! Easy exchange. When, in fact, the beers have little else in common. What irks me, is they just brought it. Didn’t come over and say they were out of the Winter Lager and offer up something else etc. just on their own brought the Cold Snap with a «if you don’t like it let us know» which puts the consumer(me) in an awkward position. Bad form. Next up, ordered the appetizer sampler. Boneless chicken wings(very good white meat chicken), mozzarella sticks(well seasoned and filled), onion rings(truly delicious), and«nachos». This is the second thing that didn’t sit right with me. The«Nachos» were a pile of dry chips with some jalapeño slices and lettuce on top. Disappointing, until I started digging. *Underneath* the chips were chili(?) and cheese sauce. Literally, under the dry chips but on the wax paper. How utterly lazy or how much less could you possibly care(or both) to just lop stuff on the plate and not, you know, on the chips — «Nachos» and all. In the big scheme of things, not a terribly big deal, but when the totality of the errors added up, this also was quite indicative of what was going on behind the scenes. Next up; 3 people; chicken finger platter, pulled pork sandwich, «small» portion traditional wings with mango habernero sauce. Very, very simple. To start, the pulled pork sandwich came out. On its own. Tick tock, eight minutes went by, then chicken finger platter comes out. Tick tock, another 4 – 5 minutes, then my waiter comes by and says, quote«The modifications for your wing order went on the pulled pork sandwich, so i know that has the habernero hot sauce on it, we will make you a new one» Yes, that happened. How that happened, I still don’t know. Thankfully, while sitting there for fifteen minutes waiting, in an attempt to be polite, the pulled pork sandwich wasn’t bitten into(That sauce is pretty hot) but what a joke. Mind you, I still did not have wings at this point. Another 8 – 10 minutes and now the wings and sandwich are out. Both of which were good, but could not replace the sour taste in my mouth. To top it off, we were there as a bday treat for an eleven year old, who is smart enough to realize all the mess ups. Who was also smart enough to realize they brought the check without«singing me happy bday»(Yes we pulled them aside and told them. twice) and was given a conciliatory scoop of ice cream right as we were getting up to leave. Anything that could have went wrong did, on very, very, simple orders on a very, very simple menu. It was embarrassing and frustrating, and probably the biggest reason I avoid large chain restaurants, no one ever seems to give a … damn. To the waiters credit, he took off $ 5 from the $ 60 bill, which at least is some degree of owning up to the repeated errors across the entire staff and was an appreciated gesture. The icing on the cake? The general manager was there — which i’m sure is not an everyday occurrence. So, this was Buffalo Wild Wings on its best behavior. Imagine a «normal» night?

The wings are great ! But the service and cleanliness could be better. I guess it’s what you would expect from a chain bar

Living locally I tried this place when it was new to the area and wasn’t impressed, and have to say last night kinda changed my mind about that! It wasn’t a special wing night, there was like no local sports teams on at all, and in general, walking in at 7:15 there was like no one in the place. Service was I guess standard, explained what the sizes were, made sure our orders were correct with all the different wing flavors we had and well my wings were so hot(temp wise) that the first few wings my fingers were burning! Warning, the hot sauce is HOT… I felt like my lips were on fire! Hubs loves the Caribbean Jerk sauce! Overall, descent size wings — Yes they grew from the 1st time there, and to their benefit, thank you for having those wings come out blazing hot!!! This place does get NUTZO when our local sports teams are doing well… and with all the tv’s they have, you can watch just about every game there is at once!

Came here on a Friday night with my boyfrind and a group of friends. The resturant didn’t look busy at all, but we still had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, not really a big deal. We were a group of 5 people, when they hostess sat us down, she brought us to a small table for 4 that only had 4 chairs. She left us there and walked away. We were a little puzzled, so I walked up to the hostess booth and told her we are a party of 5, we need a larger table. She gave me an extremely confused look and brought over an extra chair. So there we were 5 adults crammed around a 4 person table. Finally our waitress came over and said she could move us to a larger booth. I thought this would was a sign that maybe our expirience here would improve, but sadly I was very wrong. We put in our orders, and it was quite a lot of food. When the apps came out the server who brought them spilled a try of carrots and celery in my lap. Luckily I wasn’t anything that could have gotten me really messy. Next came out the entres, but they took quite some time to come out. I had ordered a medium boneless wings dish. The server brought out everyone elses food, but didn’t bring mine and didn’t mention that she would be right back with it. It took me about 20 min to flag down our waitress to ask her about my food, she was really appologetic that the server forgot to bring it out. We also had to ask for forks and knifes because she never brought them out for us in the first place. The last bit of frustration came when we asked for the bill. She pulled the bill out of her folder thing and placed it on the table. We started to look at it so we could figure out what everyone owed and we realized it wasn’t our bill! She gave us the completely wrong bill. It took us almost another 20 min to track her down and get the right one. We should have just paid the first one, it was much lower than ours. Normally I would never say something like that, but the service was horrible enought to warrent it. When we went to finally pay our correct bill, we had mostly cash, but one person who wanted to pay with a card. They looked at us like we had 3 heads and had to bring in a manager to help figure it out. Needless to say I will not be visiting this location again any time soon. The one in Farmingdale usually has much better service.

In the beginning everything about this Buffalo Wild Wings location was smooth. But as the night prolonged it started to go down hill. Our server’s name was Jordan at first I had the impression that she was a skilled server but I guess not. She wasn’t knowledgable about the dishes they served the manager actually came out and told us the meal we ordered wasn’t what she told us it was he even made it seem like it was our fault with a attitude. After that she basically ignored the table unless you called on her. I think we said«excuse me» at least 10times even I got annoyed saying it. When the bill came it was $ 74 and when my card was charged it was $ 95 apparently she gave us the wrong bill in the beginning and didn’t even explain the mistake to us we had to ask the manager for an explanation. In the end we weren’t able to take our food home because we couldn’t get her attention so we just left. It was a real disappointment. I really don’t want to use this line but we felt like it was border line racist with the way the server and manager treated us. I guess I’ll be sticking to the more diverse areas from now on.

I really liked this location for a Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff greeting he was very nice and attentive. And our waitress was absolutely amazing. She literally checked with us every 15 minutes to make sure we were doing well and didn’t need anything. Our food came out super fast and was very good. All in all, it was an excellent dining experience and I would definitely be back to this location!

For a spot named after buffalo wings you would think the wings here are the best in the world but it is not I tried the lemon pepper wings and they was just awful they add so much of it you can’t taste the chicken at all. So I decided to get some hot wings and it wasn’t spicy at all. The only reason I give it a two stars is because the waiter was excellent and did their job 100% other than that terrible experience.

First time visiting. First let’s start off with the positive. My server was fantastic! He’s name was Sean. If your going here ask for him. He checked on us constantly. When my wife’s drink was empty me was right there with another one. He knew the menu and helped me go through it. So again, that was the positive. The food was ok. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. Like I said it was ok. Their wings also where ok. Nothing knocked us off our chairs. The biggest issue was the parking. How do I say this, the parking sucks! That covers it. The worst parking I have ever seen! So if you want to hang out with friends have a drink watch a game ask for Sean and don’t drive!

I ate at a BWW this past summer, in Sarasota, Florida, that wasn’t too bad. The atmosphere was pretty nice. But this place here was a total disappointment. The lights are way too bright. They should turn them down, because then you wouldn’t be able to see how decrepit and dirty looking this place is. Cheap looking«card» tables and chairs, like you would expect to see at a crappy garage sale, and dingy commercial carpeting throughout. Our server was very nice, but unfortunately that didn’t make up for the lifeless bar food that they serve. We ordered the warm pretzel with a queso and honey mustard dip to start. The queso had the consistency of a can of cream soup, before you add the water. Honey mustard tasted commercially made, like it came out of a giant vat. Two of us ordered the boneless wings and fries to share for main course, and the food tasted like frozen supermarket chicken nuggets and frozen fries you might feed a five-year-old. I think you have to be drinking — a lot — to overlook the food. If you’re there for the sports on the flat screens and the beers and so-so bar food, you might enjoy it. But I think this is a place that mostly non discriminating guys would like, or people who think Domino’s has great pizza.

Gave 2 stars because the 2 girls seating everyone had no clue on how to time the wait. We were told 25 minutes and we’ve been here 40 minutes and there are STILL9 groups of people to be seated before us. These girls would be better at cleaning tables off or working in the area with the take out orders. Their facial expressions when someone approached them to ask a question was PRICELESS!!!

Located right off the Southern State, this BWW experience was great. The food was good and the service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and was able to answer all of our food and drink related questions. I will be returning. It is football season so check out their Sunday specials($ 20 for all you can eat wings and fries) and the ir Monday Night deals. Worth going but get there way earlier than the game.

Well, the fact that the service sucks isn’t just isolated to the Virginia restaurants. We were a group of 7 and they sat us in an area, close to the bathroom, that only sat 6. The restaurant was by no means full, so there was no reason to limit seating. We had them move us, but that took a while because several tables weren’t bused, so they had to catch up and bus and clean the tables. You could tell that people had been gone for a while before the tables were bused. It was a mess in there. We placed our order and my wife’s order was forgotten, so they had to rush hers out. After that, things went smoother and they finally cleaned up the place, but our friends who live in the area said that they definitely won’t be back either.
