There’s nothing wrong with sending an FTD arrangement, say, across the country to a client. But I go to The Wild Rose when I need flowers close to home. Dinner parties, special events, arrangements to take with me, or just because I want pretty flowers… you get the idea. The staff are so nice, too: I bring my vases in and they do the rest. They always have beautiful, seasonal flowers, and they last far longer than you’d expect. You just can’t go wrong.

We have been using The Wild Rose ever since they did our wedding 7 years ago, and I have never been disappointed! The are wonderful about working in a budget, and their creativity is outstanding. In fact, I once had them do arrangements for my sister’s bridal shower in Rockford, and she used pictures of their arrangements to show her florist what she wanted! They are even good about using my own props for our holiday centerpieces– I’m always bringing in different candle holders for them to incorporate, and I love it.
You also have to love a place that has a resident dog and parrot.

Linnie and company designed flowers for our son and his beautiful bride. They were exquisite and had that «je né sais quoi» that only The Wild Rose can provide.
Our daughter-in-law’s bouquet was SO gorgeous, as were those of her attendants and relatives. Linnie designed the bride’s bouquet incorporating both grandmothers’ antique rhinestone broaches. The altar arrangements were beautiful, and were so fresh that the church was able to keep them for weeks after the wedding. Everyone loved them. Linnie was there to oversee everything… and everything was perfect. Thank you Wild Rose!

Simply an outstanding florist — the flowers are gorgeous, fresh, fragrant and beautifully arranged every time. If you’re in the Fox Valley area, you should visit Wild Rose on Rt. 31 just north of I-​88 — it’s a great little shop.
