Inversion Salon & Spa

I’m beyond excited to have found Lana at Inversion! She’s the most talented person I have had cut my hair. The space is comfortably beautiful and all the employees were absolutely lovely and kind.

First time to this salon and spa. It is set up very well, and interesting décor. However — both appointments had a problem even though day prior reminder call had them correct. Lucia, my massage therapist, was wonderful and I will go back to her again. I had an appointment for an hour massage, but apparently the stylist needed to see me earlier, so Lucia could only do a ½ hour massage. She was very apologetic and professional. The stylist only did a partial highlight even though my appointment was for a full. I asked her about it and she said I was only scheduled for a partial. I told her that was incorrect and I set the entire morning and part of the afternoon up so I could enjoy the massage and have my hair ready for the holidays. She never offered to do the full saying maybe ‘next time when I come back we can look at doing a full’. When she finished, she put her coat on and was out the door. As a new business trying to build clientele and obtain referrals this was a disappointment.

Inversion salon is the best. Receptionists are super accommodating. The staff is really friendly. It is not a fake friendly, like the kind you might run into at upscale salons. It is a genuine friendly because everyone is passionate about what they do, and they want guests to be happy. I had Keri do my hair and she’s the best. I am super picky but have a hard time describing exactly what I want. I was vague with my description, but she took her time to listen and the cut was way better than expected! The prices are also reasonable for an upscale salon in the area.

I love Inversion Salon! It’s beautiful and full of talented stylists! I highly recommend checking this place out as you will not be disappointed. In particular, I have to recommend my colorist Madison and my stylist Keri; been going to them for years and I have never had a experience.
