Where do I begin… The carpets are so dirty and stains everywhere that you don’t want to bare foot on them, the bathroom is soo small and has no bathtub, just a shower. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush, so we called the main desk and they said that we could use there pump to fix the problem or we could switch rooms. So we switched rooms and the lady didn’t even seem empathetic and didn’t offer anything for our troubles. The beds are uncomfortable spring mattresses and the air conditioners are loud. Couldn’t sleep that well, and then the room service people tried to open the door at 9:30am(having arrived at 1:30am on a road trip). The. 30 minutes later the fire alarm went off in the room, so the front desk lady called and we told her that we didn’t know why it went off and that we were trying to sleep. Also the breakfast is not that great at all. Wrap all of this up in a $ 90 bill including tax and a AAA discount… it was a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

My buddies and I stayed here on our Road Trip to The Masters. When we arrived, we were exhausted and looking forward to a good night’s sleep. The lady up front was very nice and told us that they did have a complimentary breakfast in the morning. We skipped out on it opting instead for a run through the drive thru at McDonalds. I think it was a good decision. The rooms are really small. The beds were not comfortable, and I’m pretty sure they got the cheapest ones they could find. There is no bathtub in the bathroom. Just a stand up shower and the toilet. I understand that since it was Masters week the prices were jacked up, but given what we paid, I expected more.

My mom & I stayed here for our trip to Augusta National for the Masters Monday Practice Round. It was conveniently close to the interstate(I-20) for quick access to ANGC and 121 to go the nice, slow pretty way through North Augusta & «downtown» Augusta. We arrived after a 10 hr drive and were looking for help on dining/what to do/etc for the evening. The front desk employee knew none of that, and it was kind of annoying what little she knew. This hotel had no brochures/maps/info/etc for visitors and we were quite surprised there was none of that being the significance of the area & time of year. The next day’s employee was a little better, but she didn’t really know of anything to do or local places to recommend. However she did help us get directions to where the(limited) action was. This place was just kind of disappointing in general, and their breakfast selection was… meh. I’ll consider bumping them up a star if I get my favorite hoodie(which I somehow forgot) within a week per the manager telling me they’d send it no charge.
