My last two visits here I have had the best customer service. There were long lines at customer service and the store manager personally came to assist. Yes I recognized him from picture in wall and called him over but still he got me in and out quick. I love their customer awards program and being able to shop online from home and pick up at store. I feel their quality is better than Walmart. Maybe not quite Target but they have some good brands. This particular store usually isn’t that busy either so I avoid the chaos of other big box stores.

I come here to pick up my favorite body wash. Kmart started to carrying VItabath and it’s half the price than what it is at Ulta, where I was normally getting it from. They also have over 15 different scents here. Ulta never carried that many. Kmart also carries the lotion and body spray to match each fragrance. I also found some cute Joe Boxer pajamas during Christmas time. They were fairly inexpensive. They had a 50% off sale going on. I never really walked through the entire store before because i just come for the Vitabath items, but next time I will look around more and see what else they have to offer.

At one point I gave up on this store when Sear brought them out awhile back but came in here today and saw a lot of progress. Lay a way is strong and back with more payment options plus they have a lease program for TV’s and other items with no credit check (beware of the payments they offer) and just overall appearance of this store. K-mart has been around for a very long time and we all have shopped there at one point in our lives for something or a special occasion but give them a chance again you may like what you find.
