I would put no stars if I could. Some customers are unaware that the cups are stores in a cupboard that’s filled with black mold. Yes, you read that right. Black mold. That’s unsanitary and dangerous. The owner is not a kind man and I regret speaking to him. A woman in front of me complained about what some of the people look like who work there and the owner told her he hated it as well. Who wants to work for someone who agrees to their employee being a «fa***t»? Who wants to buy a product from someone who uses that kind of language about someone they hired? Awful place. Awful awful awful.

One of my favorite places to get a smoothie. My personal favorite is the Chocolate Chimp. My second is the Screamsicle. I also like the fact that you can make your own smoothie with any combo of fruits. If you are on a diet, they have plenty of options for meal substitution smoothies. Whenever I’m at Emerald Mall, it’s almost a guarantee that I stop here.

I am a mall employee and every time I’m up at the food court on break Alex has been so friendly and inviting. During my first visit we bonded over our favorite smoothie ingredients and he’s made sure to say hi and visit my store whenever possible! I’ve always seen this same inviting energy shared with mall shoppers as well. He is an asset to not only the planet smoothie team but to the food court as a whole. He is so productive and clearly has a large regular client base thanks to his warmth!!!

Smoothies are fantastic here. If there was one of these on the Cape, I would be in trouble! The people who handle everything are very friendly, too and don’t mind answering questions about the smoothies. I would definitely make an effort to go here anytime I go to this mall!
