Wow, not a very good experience. The cashier was training. OK, no problem, I’m not in a hurry. The trainer tells the trainee how to enter the order, who tells me the total, gives me change, on to the next person. Wait, where is my cup? Surely the trainer told the new kid to give me a cup. Nope. I wait until the customer is taken care of then ask. OK, I have my cup, I pour my drink, I’m waiting. There is a bag on the counter. No one seems to be claiming it so I move over to look inside. It’s mine. No number called, no ‘hey your orders up’, nothing. The trainer looked at me twice. Not a peep. Someone needs to train the trainer. Use your words people. It’s 3:00 on a Tuesday. Not that busy. Make an effort at some customer service. Please. To top it off, I open the sandwich container and there is sauce all over the inside. McD’s crew must be having a rough day.

Loved the presentation, like straight out of a commercial. I have never gotten my meals given to me so neatly. I had to take Some pics. The manager was super nice, he must be totally anal. would’ve given it 4 stars if the fries were hotter and cooked a little more.

Good food if you go inside and have extra time to watch the staff screw up the orders. The Drive-thru is the worst I have ever experienced. Just to be sure, I did it a second time a week later and still horrible. If you only have a ½ hour for a lunch break DON’T GOTOTHIS Location ! They should be better prepared for the lunch rush, but whoever own’s this location has to be crazy to think their staff is running it well. The staff at this location needs better training or should be taught to be customer orientated. had to walk out and go to the nearest Burger King for the better service !
