best yogurt place nearby so far. I love the ambiance. it’s so colorful.(more colorful than pinkberry/yogurtland although I’m a pinkberry/yogurtland girl) And also, I wish they put more exciting toppings(because we went here today and cheesecake bites and waffle cones weren’t on the land of toppings :(

First time here and not only are the employees very friendly and helpful but so are the customers. A lady walked myself and children through the process … Thank you very much.

Two friends and I were driving home on a Sunday night from NH back to CT and dropped by here — mainly because one guy really wanted it. Personally I’m not really into frozen yogurt, but I didn’t have a choice in the matter so went in there with an open mind. We were greeted by a clerk explaining to us what Zinga is all about and all the choices available to us. She gave some some sample cups and we went off to explore on our own. I ended up taking a cup and getting strawberry and key lime pie frozen yogurt topping with some chocolate chips, crumbled peanut butter cups, mango slices, etc. It was OK. I mean you pay by the oz … so … you are paying for the experience I guess. It really isn’t my thing but I can totally see it being a place to hang out in the Summer.

5 stars for sure! We were greeted very kindly upon entry which made me feel welcome. Flavors and toppings were amazing as well. After having a horrible experience at froyo to go in wilmington I think I have finally found my frozen yogurt home.

Pros: they have some nice toppings and they offer hand sanitizer. Cons: this yogurt just doesn’t compare to other places, like orange leaf. It melts before you get to your car. Just not that great.

Good selection of toppings and flavors. Happy they moved in and now we have frozen yogurt so close, they change the flavors around enough so that you can try something new most times you go in.

With a slew of frozen yogurt bars going up in adjacent towns, we were very excited to see one finally open in our hometown of North Andover. Zinga! is a welcome addition to the neighborhood, and what’s valuable to note is that ZINGA! serves REALDAIRY frozen yogurt – NOT the powdered mix typically available through competing fro-yo chains. It’s creamy and more flavorful. The staff at this location is hip, young and friendly. We’ve even had the pleasure of meeting the owners at the location, and their dedication to their business is inspiring. The shop is highly supportive of local schools, teams, groups and works hard to make every visitor feel comfortable and completely satisified. Zinga! also makes it so much easier(especially for parents like us with kids to wrangle) as they simply use a phone number to track rewards points! Thank goodness for simplicity and common sense. The best part is the variety of super-yummy flavors, toppings, and bases! The smell of fresh brownies permeates the air here and is incredibly inviting and positively intoxicating. YUM! Our three kids serve themselves and while little mess makers, the thoughtful staff does not complain or comment(moms juggling many kids will very much appreciate this). They simply help the kids get what they want and clean up the mess! No one appreciates excellent customer service more than a mom/dad juggling young kids – and we appreciate all our visits to Zinga! Birthday parties here look like they’d be a great time and something original. That’s next on our list… June can’t come quick enough!

Pure craziness– two frozen yogurt restaurants in one day when the weather was in the 20s! Totally found this location by accident, and just had to stop in and see how they were compared to other locations. The place was brightly lit and had a friendly atmosphere but seemed abandoned. After a few minutes, an employee emerged from the back and said hello. Unlike most places, my friend and I were not asked if we had been before or given any sort of introduction. That’s okay with me, but it was rather unfriendly. The frozen yogurt flavors were not as diverse as other places. And, the yogurt didn’t seem solid enough. It was very runny. The selection of toppings was okay and the price was fine but we didn’t feel the yogurt tasted that great. We just had another froyo about an hour before that was awesome so we were disappointed that this wasn’t nearly as good. I’d check out their flavors in a few months as they appear seasonal and I’m just a fan of gingerbread and egg nog. I also didn’t like how they wanted my phone number to add me as a customer. Just give me a card like most places and I’ll register it online(or not) if I want to get deals and be tracked. Kind of intrusive.
