I always go to this store because it’s right around the corner from my house. I go there purely out of convenience considering I work at a competitors store and there is a location up the street AND I get a discount there. I feel so bad for the staff there. Their managers or supervisors are so rude! There is a lady there with red hair that came to help ring up the long line. As soon as she got there the photo register guy asked for change. She slammed her register and yelled REALLY FOR WHAT? She was so mad at him as if he told the customer to come in with $ 100 bill. I asked the pharmacist a question and she did not run to answer me like the commercials. Actually she did not want to answer me at all! Sucky store great location. They should switch with the store up the street that rhymes with shmeevssss

They do next to no business in the pharmacy. That is why i liked them no waiting. Of course when the continue to screw up drug refills makes it hard to stay with them. So my prescription gets screwed up and this blond who i find out is the manager, didnt like my attitude, me the customer. OK walks away from the window. SO i call my prescription into the busiest CVS i have ever dealt with ½ mile up the road. Hmmm waited in line but prescription filled. Well if your management cares to know, thats regional management, local management is why you are where you are with your sales numbers. Of course your merchandising is straight out of the eastern block but i just want to order my stuff and pick it up fast. See ya.

Just came back from North Andover’s walgreens store. It looks kind of like any other walgreens that has spontaneously erected in the last three years. The service is on the slower side of things. I wouldn’t stop in during a marathon, but if you have time to kill you should stop in for a water and a pack of gum.
The three stars is for the lack of haste acted on by the cashiers, and for just an overall horror movie feel to the place.
An example of the service… Waiting in line, only one there, no rush, …, 5 – 10 minutes later, a young lad with a walgreens polo comes in the front door with a shovel, oh hi… I was just shoveling the snow… Are you all set, I didn’t know I was the only one working.
Good stuff.
