A lot of people around these parts are used to Greek style pizza with a thick crust and oily cheese. Stachey’s serves a thin crust(NY style I guess) pizza that is delicious. There are very few good pizza places in the Merrimack Valley because it’s so dominated by Greek sub shops. I love Greek food but if I want real pizza I want thin crust pie with delicious cheese and a good sauce. Stachey’s delivers on this.

Very friendly staff… like very friendly. Mind you I only got a pizza to go but they were super pleasant on the phone and also when I got there. The pizza was ok. The sauce was really sweet. I’m not a fan of sweet tomato sauce, so it’s not for me but if YOU like it, you should definitely check this place out. They have outdoor seating and spacious indoor seating. This seems like it would be a great place to go with a group of friends after work or on the weekend. Parking was a little weird but maybe that’s because I’m not familiar with the area. There’s a lot up above the pizzeria but the spots are all assigned and the street parking is only for 15 minutes or so. I’m not sure where you park if you’ll be there for a while.

We had the pizza delivered and they came hot, fast, and delicious! Two salads were ordered as well and were great Salads were so big that we had leftovers and with every 2 large pizzas you get one small for free!!! Cool!

Meh. I’ve had worse. The dough/crust of the pizza is OK, not the doughy mess like Sal’s. The sauce is canned and no fresh mutz here. It is what it is for the area. Just passable for pizza but probably best in the Andover/N. Andover/Lawrence area. Staff and atmosphere are good but all the tables needed a wipe-down.

We enjoy ordering a quick pizza and subs take out from Stachey’s about once a month! No complaints ever, pizza is thin crust, crust is crispy, lots of cheese and a delicious blend of cheese too. Subs are HUGE, even small is about 10″ and the large, eat half save other half for lunch the next day! Salads are generously proportioned, and their homemade dressing is delicious. All in all, one of the better pizza joints in the Merrimack Valley!

This place has some very good subs that are gigantic ! There chicken finger sub is my usual and it’s amazing every time. The pizza on the other hand is so so do to the sweetness of the sauce. A great place though with a really cool inside ! Doesn’t even feel like your eating at a pizza place

Love this place. My kids LOVE the pizza here and they are VERY good with food allergies. We’ve been through more than our share of Pizza places that claim to cater towards allergens. This place is legit. Some of the best pizza around, great facility too. Highly recommend as it is a staple for me and my family.

Stachey’s can be a hit or a miss for people and it’s usually a miss for me. A salad from here takes about 30 minutes to make while a slice of pizza takes 5 minutes as they just reheat it for a bit. The best part about this place is that they are very generous with their servings — they make Costco pizza look small. 1 slice of pizza is actually a quarter of a pizza and small sub is 9 inches long. Otherwise, their salads are ordinary, the pizzas usually have burnt crust, and their subs are ordinary. Since it’s so close to work for me, I go here every day and am slowly making my way through their Sub menu. The best I’ve had here is the Pastrami although if they ever ask if you want sauce on the sub, ask for it on the side or just a little bit as they’re EXTREMELY generous, in fact a bit too generous when you don’t want a sandwich mainly comprised of mayo. TLDR: Get a sub if you’re here for lunch.

It starts w the service. Ownership here as well as the employees are top notch. Not only does Stacheys support the community but they push fantastic pies! Best pizza in the area! Have always loved the sauce and the creative pies they come up with. If you are looking for strong portions, this is your spot. Must try chicken parm and steak and cheese calzones. Ask for a little James river BBQ sauce on the side! Stacheys has always been my go to when it’s time to get food for the«big game» and with football season around the he corner, I can’t wait to be ordering cheese pizzas, massive calazones and super long subs for all my buddies every weekend. Must try if u are In North Andover.

I’m sorry to be leavening I’ve tried to put up with burnt pizza crusts. This past weekend a standard order of 30 pizzas were placed on a Thursday for our weekend club house party to be delivered at 12:30.After being told by a girl who answered phone and stated we have a lot of orders today they finally arrived 1 hour later. After several phone calls asking the owner to please call to talk about it no call back was ever received. I guess a order if approx.80 pizzas a years are not worth it I’m sure another shop will be glad to have the business I’m sure. Sorry we tried way to many times,

Every time I order their pizza I have to re-cook it in the oven. It always arrives raw and at one point made my entire family sick. If I order from there, I have to tell them EXTRA, EXTRA well done just to have it cooked. Never again.

Tried it again. I live a street over and decided to give it another chance during my one hour lunch break. Wife went early to order around 12:50. We get the alert thing that goes off when your food is ready. We sit on the patio, and wait. 12:20 comes around, we decide to check on it. It’s sitting on the counter, never alerted us. Now we won’t go back and will spread the word.

Sorry Stachey’s your food has fallen from grace. We were fans and ordered from Stachey’s often. Unfortunately your food has become very inconsistent lately. Ordered salads, picked up and the pita bread has not been added to the bag. Salad dressing forgotten. I could go on. Last straw was one of the last salads ordered had literally 2 Tablespoons of tuna salad. The funny thing about it is when I am picking up our orders it does not seem tremendously busy when the inconsistently occurs. Maybe we will try you again someday in the future, but for now we will be ordering elsewhere for our lunches. The sad thing is when mentioned when I pick-up the issues with the last order no one seems to give a damn. I can say that is a mistake and I think someone should be listening to the customers. I know you do a tremendous amount of good for the community and they support you back, but I cannot imagine we are the only customers who have had issues with inconsistency.

After finishing up some business in North Andover, I decided to pick up a pizza for dinner at Stachey’s Olde-Time Pizzeria, which is located in the East Mill complex at the corner of High Street and Water Street. Stachey’s is a solid option for great tasting pizza. I strolled in here around 6PM and there were no paper menus out. I requested a menu from one of the staff members, who hands me a paper menu and immediately tells me the prices were incorrect, as a new menu was still in production, hence the old menus were kept behind the counter. They also offer several combo specials with a drink too. I ordered one of my favorites, a small 12″ Eggplant Pizza(actual price $ 7.75 plus tax, $ 7.45 on old menu) and chilled out in the nice casual dining room watching some Red Sox highlights on the big TV. A few of the staff seemed somewhat frustrated about the new menus not being ready and having to tell customers the prices on their current(old) menus were incorrect. Anyways, the pizza was all set in 15 minutes. Since it was a nice day outside, I enjoyed a couple slices outside on the patio. The crust had a good firm texture topped with a good sauce, big strips of breaded eggplant and cheese. Yummy!
