The technicians are 5 star, friendly, comfortable environment. Love my color work and haircut! Will certainly return!

I walked into this salon located next to a gym in a worn down strip mall on a Friday afternoon asking for a cut. I got a simple straight bob with no layers. NONE. That means the cut was simple taking no more than 15 min. The cutter was pleasant enough but cut was NOT worth 65 dollars. I think the owners of this salon must be smoking something to think that this is a good value. Not going back. Supercuts will do the SAME for 14.95.

I bought a groupon for a series of facials. I can’t remember who I had first, but when I went to their company’s website it doesn’t appear she works there any more. That’s good, because it was like receiving a facial from the living dead. Her hands were cold, so was her voice and her touch was like a tiny butterfly was floating on the face (I kepy thinking «is she even actually touching my face») So odd
Since I’m a believer that facials are large in part good/​bad based on the esthestician, I will say the other two I had Jamileh. She is okay. Not good, but not terrible. She VERY VERY nice. Great personality. She takes the time to analyze your skin and do extractions. Her technique isn’t that relaxing, but it gets the job done.
There wasn’t anything really memorable.
This may be a great salon, but as a spa they should stop. It has tiny rooms in the back that their esthstician have to hurdle tables or cords to maneuver around. They are really small.
I enjoyed my facials, but I won’t go back as it really wasn’t fantastic.

I’ve followed Jennifer Benjamin here and love her new place. Everyone seemed really nice and they seemed to all work well together. And, thanks Jen B., my hair turned out amazing (as always with you). I’ll definitely be coming back — it’s just too bad I live so far away (Arlington).
