CrossFit MASS has given me something to look forward to nearly every day of the week! The workouts are always different and are structured to help you achieve the results you want. The coaching staff is fantastic and each has their own strength and style as well as passion for what they do. The members create a great community that welcomes people of all abilities. I’m constantly surprised by the changes and progress I’ve made in the past year and a half that I’ve been a member here! I recommend it to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals.

I have been a member of Crossfit Mass for just over a year now. And I can say that after being here for that time, I still can’t wait to go every day. Joe and all the other coaches are wonderful. They always take the time to help you and make sure you are performing the movements safely and to the best of your abilities. Crossfit Mass provides a fun, supportive environment to work on all of your fitness goals, big or small. In the year that I have been here I have learned a lot about technique, nutrition and how overall lifestyle impacts my fitness goals in ways I didn’t understand before. My strength and stamina have greatly improved, and I’ve been reaching goals I have set for myself. You get the whole package here. I am a proud member of Crossfit Mass and my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The workouts are well planned and adaptable from a beginner to an advanced athlete. Joe and his great coaches are extremely knowledgeable and provide high quality instruction through all of the workouts. Over the past 2 years, I have improved tremendously in strength, mobility, and overall fitness and I owe it to this gym.
