My husband and I came here for the first time on Memorial Day around 5:15. We were the only ones in the restaurant with about 5 employees working(who seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than doing their jobs). We both ordered cheese burgers and It took 15 minutes for our two burgers to come out and they forgot to add cheese on one. The over priced burgers were extremely small and had no flavor what so ever and the buns were stale. Also, there was a big spider that was crawling on the wall near the herb garden. Needless to say it was a complete waste of money and we won’t ever be back. We would have enjoyed a burger from Wendy’s more.

Very happy to be able to get actual healthy food quickly. Service was very good. Cashier was knowledgeable about the items and very courteous. I had the new watermelon and feta salad with grilled chicken. It was very nice. I especially liked the toasted corn on top.

Way overpriced for over cooked protein and underwhelming service. The girl at the counter had a major hair across her ass. We are all entitled to have bad days, but return kindness with(at the very least) an acknowledgement of existence. I did not feel welcome, so I won’t return.

For $ 20.30 I got a handful of spring mix and an overcooked chicken slider. Very small portions and extremely pricey for what it was. Then the kicker is that the chicken was very over cooked. My fiancé picked this up on North Andover and we live in Salem NH so it was not worth bringing it back. Never going here again.

The only reason this places deserves a star is because of their atmosphere. The service is the first problem. I probably saw 3 or 4 people come up at complain in a matter of 30 minutes. And that 30 minutes was how long I had to wait for my chicken sandwich. The food was meh, definitely not worth the wait. The straws didn’t even work! Never going here again.

Downloaded the B. good app which came with a free grain bowl offer so decided to redeem the offer and ordered via the app. The app was VERY easy to use and allowed you to customize your selection. Redeeming the offer was also very easy and accurate. I ordered the spicy chipotle quinoa bowl with the spicy chipotle and dressing on the side and an order of the hand cut fries. I arrived within 10 minutes of placing my order and walked right to the pick up area(avoiding the order counter/line) and told them I had ordered via the app. The very nice man found my order which was in progress, quickly completed it and I was out within 5 minutes. It was around 1 pm on a weekday and there were about 5 – 6 tables of diners and about 3 people in line when I arrived. I have been to this location twice, once for a southwestern chicken salad and the hand cut fries,(dined in) and once for take out(turkey burger on a GF bun with sweet potato fries. I LOVE fries and my first dine-in experience with the fries were GREAT, crispy and hot. My 2nd experience, the sweet potato fries were luke-warm and greasy. My experience this time, some crispy, some soggy and not super hot. The grain bowl was terrific but beware, the spicy chipotle was very spicy so I’m glad I requested it on the side. If you sign up for the app/B.good card, you often receive special free offers which is a nice touch. I will be back but wish my french fry experiences could be consistent.

So I used to go the burlington location all the time and have been a fan of b. good for years. Recently moved to North Andover and this location is a bit disappointing. First time my turkey burger was dry, second time my salad had a ton of bad mixed greens in it. I ate around most of it, but after I brought it to the counter to let them know the rest of the lettuce might be bad as well. I would have gone up right away but took me a bit to notice, and they just took it and didn’t offer to comp my meal or anything. It’s not like I ate the whole thing and said it wasn’t good so I wanted a refund. Always interesting when sometimes it seems you need to make a scene to get a problem resolved.

Loved it. I have been there twice in the last week. The salads are unique and taste fabulous! You can add chicken to the salads that do not have meat, which is nice. My son loves the burgers and fries. Yes, the prices are a little bit on the high side, but for freshness, quality, and overall a great meal from locally sourced farmers, it is worth it. Download their app and they give you a free Kale and Grain Bowl to try. I’ll be back with the family again!

I work locally & shy away from fast food as it is usually junk. However, I love a good burger & fries! I like the quality, freshness & healthy choices available. It’s not fast & it’s not cheap. But I can get a good burger with quality ingredients.

The food was ok but it was small portions and its expensive for what they actually give you the burger was better than the salad

I work in the local area and tried B. Good for the first time a few weeks ago! So far I’ve had the El Guapo Chicken sandwich, the baked fries and I just tried a bacon, cheddar, burger with an egg on top the other day! As far as food quality, I’d give it a solid 4 stars, although, I wasn’t a huge fan of the fries. The shakes, though expensive, are really good as well. My favorite so far is the local peach and cherry! The big reason I’ve been going at least once a week though, is definitely the customer service! They have a couple cooks there, that always say hi and ask how I’m doing while I wait. Sometimes they even sing while they’re cooking. It’s just refreshing to see people enjoying their job and making you feel welcome and appreciated while you’re there! I’ll keep going back for the friendly faces, shakes and El Guapo Chicken!

I travel a lot for work and is hard to find a healthy place to eat. Andover mass lookout b good is the best healthy restaurant that I’ve eaten at in a long time. The staff was great even had a chance to meet the owner, what a great guy. Let’s talk about the food. The turkey burger was cooked to perfection. The french fries baked in the oven with a nice season on top. All ingredients are fresh from all of the local farmers which, ads to the great taste. Great place, great food, great people, great restaurant enjoy

Has the farm fresh yuppie vibe if that’s your thing. Their fries are good, the place is very clean, unique drinks and condiments, outdoor seating. Vegetable toppings for the burger were fresh. Now this is all well and good, but this is trying to be a «burger place» so this is where I would want most of the focus to be; the burgers themselves. The burgers are well done, dry, and don’t have much beef taste. They do not even ask how you’d like it cooked. No farm vegetables will save a dry burger and a below average bun. I won’t be coming back.

I tried this place for the first time today. I got the stwarberry goat cheese salad and one of the non pasteurized juices. My total came to 15 dollars and change, I though that was a little much. Anyhow, I thought the bacteria warning on the juice was a little off puting. I don’t know much about non pasteurized juice. I thought it was supposed to be healthy??? Why the warning? My salad was okay, nothing special. Maybe it’s just not my kind of restaurant.

Trip #4 today. Sure enough the manager was sitting at the biggest table in the restaurant doing paperwork as with every other visit. I totally would’ve sat there while waiting for my food. So every time now I’ve gotten fries with a bunch of small end of fry and little bits and pieces. This must just be how they are supposed to be served. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Not spicy at all, looks like they just put a small amount of buffalo sauce on the roll, not on the chicken. It was ok, nothing special. I don’t see any info on where the chicken comes from so hopefully it is ethically sourced. Really trying to give this place a chance but it’s not going well.

Tried B Good today. Sweet potato fries are baked and were OK, maybe 3.5÷5.0 stars. However, my wife bakes far better ones using an electric oven and a pizza stone, so I was expecting something better from B Good. Southwestern chicken salad was edible. The popcorn on the salad doesn’t really work well with it. The chicken + chipotle sauce was good though.

I like the atmosphere of the restaurant — beautiful walls of photography, design of the menu and modern furnishings. I also like their outdoor seating — similar set up to Chipotle next door. It’s a really hip place. The employees are friendly and quick. Unfortunately, I wasn’t too impressed by the food and it was on the pricier side. I got a veggie burger made as «Adopted Luke» with side of sweet potato fries. My sister got a turkey burger made as «West Side» with a side of regular fries. My sweet potato fries and burger came out cold — like why? Whereas my sister’s burger was warm and her fries were freshly made. We both agreed their burgers were lacking flavor but their fries were tasty. We also tried their lemonades — the rosemary and beet flavors tasted odd but the strawberry lemonade was delicious. I like how b. good gets their ingredients from local farms and holds a healthy menu. But healthy doesn’t have to taste boring! I see that they have salads, kale grain bowls and smoothies. I will definitely visit again to try those items but their burgers were underwhelming. I’ve had better burgers from the frozen section at Trader Joe’s…

Welcome to North Andover! Thanks for investing in our community. Just dined here for the first time. Here are our impressions: — great concept and design — lots of friendly staff and management — a health-conscious menu — quality, fresh, locally sourced ingredients — all prepared onsite — tasty — burger portion lacking(both beef and chicken) — great sweet potato fries(and plenty of them) — decent value, much more so if the portions are increased — an attentive and caring franchise owner All in all a good start for a grand opening week. Hope they increase the portion size as it wouldn’t satisfy the appetite of my sons. And adding an additional piece of meat is $ 2.99 and immediately tanks the overall value. I didn’t try a salad but the portion there looked more substantial. Best of luck!
