My company used WIS to do inventory recently.
The assistant manager/​supervisor, Robyn, seemed to be doing a heck of a lot more than the so-​called go-​to man for the operation. He didn’t seem to know too much about what he was supposed to be doing; Robyn had to tell him most of what he needed to do and how to do it.
Some of the counters seemed to be okay with what they were doing, while others seemed to be a little annoyed a few hours in (after they’d had a break and everything).
Robyn definitely represents her company (and herself) well; she took everyone into a meeting before they started counting everything and explained everything that everyone should know.
They are definitely an improvement over RGS, who we used a few years back.
