Been a customer off and on for several years. I walked in for my third refill in a row but received no acknowledgement at all. I waited for about thirty minutes still no acknowledgement, no sorry to keep you waiting. I left and took my business elsewhere. I don’t think I will be going back

So i attempted to go here and got ignored when i walked in. Not a hello. be with you soon.nothing. But i sat down anyway hoping for the best. After about 15 minutes of no acknowledgment… i watched 2 other ladies walk out and figured this is just how shitty they treat their customers. I then walked out also. and none of the staff even tried to stop any of us. So the only person left waiting for this rude establishment to service them was a drugged out woman who basically was sleeping in the chair. I will never step foot in this horrible nail salon again. Do not waste your time!

I made an appointment for a gel mani and regular pedicure. Pedicure was okay but wasn’t painted as clean as other salons. My gel was horribly done– uneven and clumpy. I told them and they were nice enough to redo the gel but same issue. It was not cleanly done, and there were still lumps. I didn’t want to waste my time complaining again but I won’t be returning.

They take walk-​ins, but once you find an artist you like, I recommend making appointments. Each time I walk in, they are quite busy, unless I go mid-​weekday. Their service is excellent, prices are average for the services ($ 25/​pedi), and the techs are very friendly.

This place is excellent. They do good work, and VERY reasonable prices. I got a mani/​pedi for $ 30, and they did a fantastic job. They take appointments, but were able to accommodate me when I just walked in.
