Decent food, great take-out beer selection, but none of that matters because the employees are so incredibly rude. If two employees are having a conversation when you walk in, it doesn’t matter how long that conversation is, they’re going to finish that conversation before they grudgingly agree to acknowledge your existence. Paying customers should not be treated like an inconvenience. Don’t worry fellas I’ll never «inconvenience» you again.

Food is average to above average. I have eaten here several times. Pizza is decent. Burgers are pretty solid. My wife loves the western burger. Pasta is just okay. Biggest problem is their customer service is awful. Most of the workers are rude and the place is kind of dirty. When you order delivery they try to rip you off by overcharging you and often bring you the wrong food. I order an item that is 8.99 and they try to charge me 12. Food is alright and we order from here due to lack of many delivery options where I live but if you have other choices I would pass on this place.
Very impressed by the business owners professional response below, I will be taking him up on his offer to come back and try it again and if it’s a good experience, I will be updating this review! Stay tuned!

I would give 0 stars for the service if I could. I understand pizza joints and the Italians that run them. They aren’t warm and cozy people lol. But the guys that took my order was so rude and bland. The pizza itself gets 2 stars. Cheap, greasy and big slices. Reminded me of the $ 1 pizzas in NYC

This place is GREAT. Some of the best pizza I’ve EVER had.
I decided to go here on a whim, my husband and I wanted to buy a pizza we could eat after late night church services on Christmas Eve. We knew nothing would be open then, so we thought we’d just reheat whatever pizza we got in the oven.
Bought this pizza around 11am. Didn’t eat it til close to 9:30/9:45p, reheated it in the oven and it was a MAGICAL experience. Seriously. I cannot wait to eat this pizza again.
Also, there was one guy in particular who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I walked in and I said, I just want a medium pepperoni pizza, and the guy was like oh, yeah sure, not a problem. And 10ish minutes later, I walked out with a pizza.
It’s fresh. It’s delicious. It’s not expensive. Please eat here.

Last night after Church Services at St Paul’s Roman Catholic Church got 2 pork sandwiches. They were great. Should have gotten one with BBQ I’ll know better the next time.

First of all I tried to order online with their website and didn’t get a confirmation email. So I called and they never received my order. The guy on the phone was so rude and abrupt. Sorry your online ordering sucks, but I’m still a paying customer. When I went to go pick it up the same miserable man was working the register. I was greeted with a «what do you need?» And then when I paid with a credit card there was no pen. I wasn’t given a pen either, I had to look around on the counter. So I bring my turkey BLT wrap home and there’s no mayo on it. I wasn’t sure if I had to request mayo, but I certainly wasn’t asked. The bacon also tasted like breakfast bacon and was cooked so well done it was hard to bite without the whole slice coming out.
The only reason why I would go back here is because it’s very close to my house.

I was taking a friend to quest diagnostic for some blood work and the place is so disorganized that it took way longer than expected. We were so hungry and corpolese is just down the road. My friend insisted we try Primos. Am I glad she did. It was lunch time and they had an amazing spread of heat and eat options. Meaning mini calzones that just needed a quick finish and not the 15 minutes as normal. I had the tastiest buffalo chicken Stromboli ever. My friend’s cheesesteak was average but they need to step that up a bit with so many quality places in the area. I would definitely recommend that if you’re in the area at lunch time stop in and check this place out…

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE… We ordered a $ 60.00 order tonight and they sent us out a hoagie with onions when I clearly asked for no onions so they picked that one up and delivered another one with onions again… I called and spoke to the owner and told him my mom was allergic he then stated that every thing they make touches onions from the slicer which is very dirty… bottom line is the owner or manager then argued with me about just getting a refund for my hoagie then told me to take my buisness elsewhere when we ordered from them every week. so with that being said I will not give this place another dime of my money.

I used to eat here. No more. in the kitchen an employee (or someone no uniform) right next to the food has his false teeth or bridge in his hand. He put it in, took it back out and then with his free hand reached into some food container and grabbed food and had a bite. I can only imagine the rest of the problems. Bathroom odor out near the drink refrigerators also
