Great location, friendly staff, free wifi and I love the new lounge design. Plenty of power outlets, including USB; good seating including comfy chairs and a desk bar. Free coffee, water and a TV. Very clean.

Very inefficient mechanics. It is awesome that they have installed Windows so customers can watch the work taking place to their vehicles, but what we witness was a lot of slow moving, a lot of mini breaks and water cooler talk. Our car was on the lift for over and hour for a oil change. In that time, the mechanic fiddled with his tools and rags. He also ran back and fort to his tool box as if he needed more than a few simple tools to change the oil. These guys need to be paid by the job and not by the hour because many of them show no since of urgency at all.
