I went for a consulation based on a reference from my dentist. He spent 10 seconds looking at my mouth, another 20 seconds telling me he didn’t have the time or incentive to look at my records that I brought with me (on their command), and then said that all the other dentists (dental field) practitioners I had seen were idiots and the xray showed there was nothing he could do and go see someone else.
No doctor should treat someone like they are stupid.
The office staff said they took my insurance. There was no mention of a consultation fee. I just received a large bill because they DID NOT take my insurance and nothing was covered except for $ 46. The medical staff doesn’t know if a certain insurance is acccepted? What the bleep?
The consulation alone was $ 150.
