We had Corbo come out because they do work for a company my father in law works for. I thought the receptionist on the phone was very rude. We got a quote which seemed great (maybe because they know my FIL though?) but then they never told us when they were going to come do the work. Maybe this is how tree people work, but I kept asking for when they were coming and I never got an answer. One day they just showed up at our house and since they were removing some big branches from our house, I wanted to be home that day to make sure everything went OK. They also didn’t exactly finish the job and just left without saying anything.
I would not recommend Corbo.

We contacted Corbo to cut some trees that we have on our property. They were quick to get here and give an estimate.
We promptly accepted the estimate and was told work would start within 2 weeks. After 4 weeks work still hadn’t started so we gave a call. Upon speaking to the receptionist (I assume) we were told someone would get back to us. We are now on week 7 with no contact whatsoever.
Definitely will not recommended them anymore, to anyone. Seems like they don’t realy care about the small customers the way they do about the big ones. I would rather be told the job is too small than lied to to and made to wait for something that isn’t going to happen.
