Just WALKED IN and Elena was waiting for me right after I chose my polish. I’m ticklish on my feet and she put up with my squirming and giggling.

Where do I start… I was stuck in traffic and I had a nail appointment. Well I was never going to make it so I canceled and stumbled upon this nail salon. They are very sweet but very very slow. They are so cautious its insanely annoying for a fast paced person like me. Phenomenal customer service and color selection. You can only tip in cash and they accept credits cards. Not sure if they accept american express. Parking is limited. The establishment is very very spacious which is a big plus if you don’t like feeling cramped up in a nail salon. The two ladies are amazing the older man he a sweetheart but when it comes to cuticle cutting he is not the guy. I like a thorough cuticle cleaning! Helen had to come and finish up. He was polite and said to please wait because he preferred for her to do it. The reason why I don not give it five stars its because the don’t have combinations except the Wednesday– Sunday $ 39 manicure and pedicure special. Their regular services have 0 mani and pedi combinations. Everything is separate starting at $ 25 just a basic pedicure. I paid $ 45 for a manicure and pedicure NO GEL or ACRYLICS. I think its overpriced because that what I normally pay for a pedicure and a gel manicure. This is the perfect nail salon for people that have extra time to spare. I think they are lovely. The service was great. I did wait 25 minutes to start getting services but once again they were super polite and communicative. They offer free WiFi. Bathroom was super clean. I think they need to work on prices and service combinations. Overall, great business.

I have been looking for a place to get the perfect pedicure. This is it! It is very deceiving from the outside because it is a large comfortable, clean place with a wonderful ambiance and great staff. Eli took her time and gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had (leg massage, foot massage and hot stones). The massage chair was an added bonus. Once I was seated in the chair to wait for my nails to dry, Eli gave me a short neck and shoulder massage. I would highly recommend it. It has a wonderfully calming effect on my day.

This place is very clean, spacious, and professional. The staff takes great care of you, doesn’t rush, and did excellent work on my nails and wax. Prices are great and they offer a loyalty card.

I took all of my bridesmaids here the day before my wedding. I made an appointment months in advance and they made sure they could fully accommodate us. We had the whole place to ourselves and they really did a great job. The prices are very reasonable. They have these cute menus at every pedicure station and I let the girls pick whichever pedicure they wanted. I paid for 8 manicures and pedicures and I was very happy with the price and overall experience! We really enjoyed our day.

Just left the salon a few hours ago after making a last minute appointment on a Friday night. I was just a tad nervous about calling less than two hours in advance on a Friday, but that’s because I’m a nervous person.
As soon as I walked in the door, the ladies knew exactly who I was and immediately showed me to the gel colors and regular colors. Within minutes I was in a chair, one lady starting on my toes for the pedicure and another prepping my hands for a manicure. They are quite efficient. But don’t worry, they are definitely not rushing you either. Just efficient. The rest of the appointment was pretty standard. Massage chairs, quick rubdown of my legs and arms (I opted for the mini pedicure which was a quick massage, but you can pay a few dollars more for a better massage/​stone massage/​etc), polishing nails, etc.
The biggest draw to this place was how considerate and thoughtful each lady was. When I was first choosing nail colors, the woman who greeted me at the door brought me outside so I could see the polish colors in the sun. Never would have thought of that. I had a different lady doing my toes than my hands — yet each one took the time to test out the polish color on their own nail so I could see how it looked before going all gung-​ho. How nice is that? They were both concerned that I wouldn’t like the colors I picked. Lastly, after I paid and was on my way out the door, another lady ran up to me and fixed my pants. You know, when you get your toes done, you have to roll your pants up to your knees so that they can moisturize and rub your lower legs. You then usually have to walk out like that because you don’t want to mess up your perfectly polished tips. And this woman cared enough to run after me and roll my pants down for me! Very nice.
All in all, it wasn’t the absolute best polish job I’ve ever had. But it’s super convenient to my job, and everyone was super nice. I would probably go again.
**Unfortunately, about 6 days after I left the salon, I’m already updating my review. After about 5 days, my GEL manicure has already starting peeling a good amount and chipping slightly. When I’m paying over $ 25 for a gel manicure, that I splurge on like 2x a year max, I really need it to last the traditional two weeks. I’m a little sad about it, but had to drop this place down a star. I’ve had almost a dozen gel manicures from different places, and none have broken down this quick before. Sad face.

I was greeted promptly which was nice but I have to say there is definitely a language barrier. I could not understand the lady talking to me nor do I think she could understand me. I had a full set of acrylics put on and most of them popped off within a week. Very disappointed as I was hoping to find a new nail salon in my neighborhood. Everyone was nice but I will not be going back.

Great service! I’m not the type of gal who gets pampered often, but the experience here was wonderful. I had a gel mani, which surprisingly came with a brief shoulder and upper back massage. It literally made me tingle. Oh Eli! As for the pedicure, the hot towel and stone massage was also very relaxing. Funny you go in for your nails and you come out wanting the massages even more! By the way, the nails looked great!

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been too! Clean and super friendly not to mention very reasonable! Love love love!
