I’ve called Brass Lock & Key for numerous jobs, small to large, on behalf of a commercial office building in Philadelphia.
After hearing a recommendation about their services, I called them and saw just how awesome they are.
Reliable, professional, friendly and fair in their prices. The customer service is exceptional, and though that may not be the first thing you think you need from a locksmith — trust me, it stands out. I could name the whole team and thank them here but I’ll save the space. Each one is a stand out.

If you’re in need of a good locksmith Brass, Lock & Key is it! I’ve worked with BLK commercially in the past but I utilized their services today for a residence of mine.
I called and spoke to Steve on the phone. He answered all my questions and gave me a quick estimate on the phone. I was good with the price and wanted to get the doors re-​keyed ASAP. Steve had Dan come right over and it was quick and easy.
Pricing is very good and customer service is outstanding! Definitely give them a call if you ever have any locksmith needs.

Well after calling them on the phone and asking vague questions and given great answers I walked in this morning with out an appointment with out calling ahead and with out warning. All of the guys were very professional. They took my lil odd sized/​shaped key and made me the copies I requested. I only waited about five minutes in which time I got to pet the resident pooch named Duke who was quite friendly. To top everything off they handed me the keys and didn’t charge me a penny! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs keys or locksmith services.
