Great place to have fun with the kids. The staff is great, the management is awesome. My son and I have a great time every time we visit. Bouncetown lets me to be a kid again.

We had our son’s 2nd birthday party here a few months ago. Overall, I was generally happy with the party — the kids had a blast, it’s great to have a private room for bouncing(as opposed to just being a small group of many crazy kids at other places), and it was so nice not to have to worry about set up or clean up. However, there were some aspects of the experience that left a little to be desired; I would have liked to bring these issues up with management as I paid for the party before we left, but I think anyone with children knows that’s a difficult thing to do when an overtired 2-year old(and a baby to boot!). As I checked out, I was asked if I was happy with the party(as the invoice sat in front of me) and I just hurriedly said«yes» and paid, because of the need to get on our way home. It would be nice if they followed up with a quick«Hope you enjoyed your party» email. One thing they did that was nice was give us a set of passes to go back to Bouncetown for open bounce whenever we wanted. First, Natalie(the manager, I presume) was great to work with, from the first time I called to inquire about a party to the day of the party. She was responsive to both phone calls and emails, and made the planning relatively easy. Second, my son had a blast bouncing, as did his friends. The equipment was clean and looked new and well taken care of. The main drawbacks in my opinion were the following: 1. We felt VERY rushed. It’s a total conveyer belt of bringing in 1 set of parties, then practically shoving them out the door as the next set comes in. I didn’t like that feeling, like I’m just one of many parties that day that they need to get through, but I’m not sure it would be different anywhere else. 2. The young man who«hosted» our party was totally blah. No enthusiasm, no smiles, not good with the kids, just … blah. Like he had better things to do than help out with a kids’ party. If that’s how you feel, DON’T WORKAT A BOUNCYHOUSEPLACEWITHKIDS! 3. The food. I was not a fan of the restaurant they use to do their catering(Gino’s in Norristown). Their food was subpar and SOEXPENSIVE. As another reviewer already stated, they obviously jack up the prices for the ‘catering’ they do for Bouncetown, but if you are going to charge me those insane prices, at least make the food look presentable and taste better. And this is minor but annoying — I requested 2 dressings for the salad, but was told they could only give me Italian dressing because, well, it was an Italian salad. Really? Come on now. I spent like $ 250 on food with them and they can’t throw in some extra dressing? That’s low. I will point out that Bouncetown now lets you bring in your own food/outside catering, but they charge you a $ 50 surcharge. Unless you can get catering somewhere really cheap, or can make the food yourself, I don’t think that $ 50 is worth it. So nice idea, but poorly executed. Would I go back for another birthday party for my kids? Probably, but not definitely. I would look at other place first, to be honest. But the most important part is that my son had fun — he has no idea I thought the food sucked and the host did too :)

I have been coming to Bouncetown’s open play times for two years. My kids love it on rainy or winter days. It’s clean, well staffed, no complaints. Becuase my kids loved it, we chose it for my daughter’s birthday party. The packages and times were straightforward-about $ 300 more or less for an hour on a bounce room and use of the party room. Food for kids and adult were extra in my package, so I got calls the week of for a count, BUT I could never get ahold of anyone when I could call back. They left annoyed messages and an email, which I replied to promptly, but their tone was not appreciated. The day of the party: the manager(I think, she never actually introduced herself) seemed beyond irritated we asked for adult pizzas to add(um, just call the place you order in from, no big deal). She seemed irritated we declined to add sodas and asked repeatedly about it during the party. She never checked in, asked if we needed anything, super unfriendly and though it didn’t take away from the kids’ fun, it annoyed the adults. The party for kids is great though, parents don’t have to bring much(besides favor/cake). They left us alone to bounce, passed out food, and clean up. So the Bouncetown formula and facility is great, but the manager was awful. Maybe we caught her on a bad week, but I expect friendly service as a loyal customer. Will be back for open play, but party was just average.

I had my child’s first birthday party here and boy was it awesome! All the adults and children of all ages enjoyed themselves. The service was great and best of all no clean up!!! They have specials during the summer and also they have coupons in the clipper magazine. The only drawback is we had to order food through them, which was a local pizzeria they are affilated with… but they jacked up the PRICE of the food. Wings on the menu– 45.00 but charged us a few dollars more! I thought they would charge less. Oh well. Overall the place was clean and service was great.
