They don’t write anything down so they always get orders wrong. This last visit I order a buffalo chicken sandwich and it came out with cheddar cheese. They apologize and made my order over and I get home, it’s a buffalo sandwich with no sauce. That’s the whole point of the sandwich. I give up on them.

Ah, the very addictive sandwiches. Love coming here on my lunch break, though it can get very busy. The location has fresh food but the dinning area is not always that clean.

I have been to this sandwich shop and the one in the loop. They have vegetarian and vegan options. I love how nice everyone is. I know a job like that can be hard and I’m sure they have moments. The only thing is, the sandwiches are so good, you will end with a potbelly if you eat too many.

This is by far my favorite Potbellys. I always order when I’m at work for lunch. Their delivery is speedy and my order always comes exactly how I want it. I do a notice a difference of sandwich quality from various potbelly locations. Some don’t fill their sandwiches enough and the bread is not always consistently fresh but this location brings me a perfect sandwich each and every time. Aside from the food the staff is prob the best crew in area. Tai is great! The nice delivery guy everyone that answers the phone is super friendly &delightful. Very grateful to work near this location.

The sandwich maker who took my order was very friendly. As many sandwich was finishing, the manager(I think) said very emotionlessly that she’d be right with me, but instead a guy asked me what I had to order. I told him I also had ordered a smoothie, and he had forgotten to make it, so he turned around to make it. In the meantime, he checked out another customer, spaced out, then realized he forgot about my smoothie again. He did apologize for the wait, though. The food was great, like usual, but I feel like everyone working today is in the clouds(besides the girl who made my food– she was very nice).

Eh… first bite into my sandwich I found a huge hair. VERYGROSS. Expectations low… still didn’t meet them. I should never stray too far from Jimmy johns I guess. Service was bad and not very friendly. I’ll skip this place from now on.

sandwiches are skimpy… not worth the price at all. milkshakes and smoothies are small and pricey.

I love Potbelly’s sandwiches and I’ve been to many locations all over Chicago and the Chicagoland area, but this particular location was dirty. I came this past Sunday around 5pm or so and it wasn’t busy. There were crumbled napkins and bread crumbs all over the floor. It appeared it hadn’t been swept in days. Some of the tables hadn’t been cleaned. Then, the inside of the restaurant had an unpleasant smell. It almost smelled like vomit or burned plastic. It was ghastly.

Wheat, Skinny Turkey, Swiss, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, Onion, Giardiniera, Italian Seasoning, Olive Oil. Yogurt Strawberry and Banana Smoothie with Malt. This place most definitely knows how to make a killer sandwich. I smile when I see locations outside of Chicago.

Well I was sitting on a park bench one day in March and thought hmmm I need some good old food to make my tummy happy. I sat and thought well what makes my little belly happy as a clam. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks I need a potbelly sandwhich so as I was about to take my journey I made sure my smurf velcro shoes were tight and my spongebob square pants backpack was set. I took the Cta bus all the way to the sandwhich shop. I was so happy smiling ear to ear as I opened God’s doors to the sandwhich shop of my dreams. I took out my bag of change all $ 5.50 all in pennies.(I’m a fan of the penny). I asked for my sandwhich the WRECK. The sandwhich which should be on every sandwhich menu. I asked Can i please have it with MUSTARDAND A TOUCHOFSPRINKLECHEESEPLEASE! I was got my yum yum and sat down and took out this amazement and What to my SHOCKING dismay it did not have any Mustard I was stunned and took out my kodak camera and took a picture which I’m going to blow up for a 11×14 picture. I ran up to the lunch lady and said Why has this happened to me and she was shocked also here hands were shaking as mine were also. After patiently waiting for a new sandwhich I thought what has my sandwhich dreams come to. I got a new sandwhich and took it back with me on the bus and when I got home sat in the dark and had a crunch of good taste. Now I always write my orders down on piece of paper and give it to the sandwhich ARTIST. I also will be framing my pictures of my favorite foods and putting them up on my wall so people can see my love for the mother of all meats THEWRECKBABY!!!

It gets one star because their eating area was disgusting! There was a horrible stench and it was the tables. Cleanliness for me is a top priority. Did tell the cashier person, and she said it was their new cleaning product, well I suggest you change it.

I love Potbellys. They have great sandwhiches and i enjoy most of their locations especially the always busy Webster & Clybourn location. However I do not recommend the Norridge location. I have been there at least a half dozen times and the customer service is annoying. The workers act as if they are doing you a favor. Give me a break. Although I still go to Potbelly’s whenever I can I now avoid the Norridge location altogether.

The service was slow & the staff were more involved in there own convo than customers orders. But other than that always pretty good food. I tried the soup this time southwest veggie it was good. The chocolate shake is amazing. The reason for 2 instead of 3 stars the service for what you are paying for casual meal the service should be more attentive.

Food was good, had the chicken salad salad and it was very tasty. My kiddo had her usual turkey and she liked it. Thought the bill was a bit high but didn’t go over it until we got home. i discovered I was charged nearly $ 2 over for a drink I didn’t have. I’m hoping it was an honest mistake and not a usual practice. We’ll go back because it’s the onlyPotbelly nearby but I will carefully check my receipt at the register. I suggest you do too.

Staff was really friendly here… but I have to say, 2 subs and two drinks for $ 17?! That’s a bit over priced if you ask me. Considering that we had the pizza sub too… with no meat. Yeah. I always enjoy their sandwiches though… the pizza sub was nice and toasty and sauce was decent. I asked for it sloppy, and got what I asked for :) I used to come here often when I worked across the street. from what I remember they have good potato soup but thats only on certain days. Oh yeah… and the shakes are the bomb. Cookies… delish!

I love Potobelly’s, the product is great – always fresh. This location is the worst experience I have ever had at Potbelly’s and I always give it a chance. I have gone in there hoping for better service at least 5 – 6 times. The management sucks, and it takes them 12 minutes to get a sandwch together when the shop is EMPTY. The rosemont location never skips a beat. This location is DEAD during lunch time for a good reason.

Kinda trendy and pricey, but the sandwiches are delicious. Last time we were there, we were completely ignored by the college kid staff. They were more interested in their own social lives, discussing«who hooked up with who», and making their OWN sandwiches, than helping us. We were the only customers in there at this time. Poor excuse for a chocolate shake too. Tiny ass little cup with virtually NO chocolate in it.

If only New York offered such sandwich establishments… Granted, we have Quizno’s, but it’s nothing compared to Potbelly’s! There’s little that needs to be mentioned about the décor of the establishment. Few patrons even bother viewing the interior layout of Potbelly’s. Most individuals are here simply for the sandwiches. I will of course remark to the steady conveyor belt operations of this establishment… Station 1: «Sandwich Starter» — At Station 1, patrons can order their select choice of edible menu options. Please note, station 1 is only there to take your basic protein and cheese options. Patrons cannot add vegetables or condiments at this station. Upon completion your order, your sandwich is placed into a conveyor belt toaster and transferred to Station 2. Station 2: «Extras Adder» — At Station 2, your sandwich will be delivered, via toaster conveyor belt, to an employee that will make additions to your sandwich. It is at this station where such additives ranging from Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Hot Peppers, and Condiments are applied. Please note, any protein or dairy cannot be altered at this stage, this should’ve been done at Station 1. Station 2 is solely meant to complete the order, for which it’s wrapped and handed to you. Station 3: «The Collector» — Spill your cash over at Station 3, the fee for your delectable offerings are collected at this station. Simple conversation with the Station 3 attendant on any sides or beverages you wish to purchase. Upon completion, simply head to a nearby table and begin ingestion. The Food… Bigs Smoked Ham w/Swiss Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, and Mayo: At first observation, patrons will find that the excessive amount of Smoked Ham used in the sandwich is indication of a properly prepared sandwich. The Lettuce, Tomato, and Cheese used in the application acts as an enhancer to the creation of the sandwich. At first bite, patrons will find that the proper levels of saltiness derived from the Smoked Ham help enhance the taste of the sandwich. With the properly salted Ham, the texture and flavors of the meat were enhanced through the proper release of the flavors. To further aid to the taste, the fresh Lettuce, Tomato, and Swiss help enhance the protein further. Overall, the slightly toasted sandwich added a charred texture and smoky flavor to the sandwich, thus providing an additional element to the offerings. If there is a single knock against Potbelly’s, it would be the excessive water derived from the Lettuce & Tomato. Perhaps these could be drained prior to service. Overall, an excellent sandwich for a grab and go situation. Perfect for one of those freezing Chicago evenings.
