Dr. Carter is an amazing doctor! She’s very caring and treats you like you are family. I wouldn’t go to another doctor!

Wait times are too long! Came her for my wife’s appointment and waited 30 minutes past the appointment time when my wife asked what was going on. The front desk said that the doctor was running behind and would be another 30 minutes. Next they informed her that she would be next as they proceeded to call 10 people before her. If they know it’s running behind they could alert you of this from the beginning

I waited over an hour for my appointment and still waiting. I would have appreciated it if front desk had informed me that the Nurse practitioner was running behind and should have asked if I would like to reschedule and doesn’t even bother to say, «We apologize for the wait» after I had inquired about the tardiness.
