Ultimate Realm of Serenity

I’m pretty disappointed. I made my first appointment online only to be called day-​of and told that there had been a glitch in the computer system and I had somehow booked a facial with a masseuse. They couldn’t see me same day or the next so I booked another appointment for two days later. The place is kind of hard to find (at least, my map app put me off on Main nowhere near it) and I called for some directions (after which I still had to drive around the strip mall looking for it) –only to be called back when I’m right outside the door to be told that I’ve «missed» my appointment. I get it, I was late, but some clear directions on the website, less confused receptionists and some kindness considering the website glitches and subsequently cancelled appointment would have been nice. I didn’t bother rescheduling because the goal was to be prepared for a big party tonight. There are other places in Norman I’ll try before trying to find my way back here.
**Edit: I did look and find the directions on the website – I didn’t look so hard beforehand because I didn’t realize how lost I would be. Still – that’s on me!

This place is where anyone should go.
The staff is wonderful, the therapists meet you at the door, and confirm your name. The forms you fill out are on dry erase sheets so they can be used over and over again. GO GREEN! I was asked the special questions privately but also with finesse.
The bath soak room is amazing, the tubs are clean and all read for you, after instruction were given to me, I was able to relax and enjoy my soak with peace and quiet.
The linens are really nice and the robes are ‘real’ robes, not a ‘hospital gown’ cover.
Each room has a distinctive Moroccan feel to it, and I really enjoyed the music that was played during my massage.
OH YEAH! the massage, Nicole has magical ways of getting all those muscles to relax. it was great to have someone that knew all the muscle names and worked on them.
I had a gift certificate, but the prices are about the same as other places, another but there are no sales gimmicks that they are trying to push down into your wallet, they are there to help with your inner core and that is nice.
I will go back to try out the other services they offer.

This place is on the top of my list.
I highly recommend going here if you need a relaxing massage or facial. I had both services and they were amazing. They meet the needs you request and them some. The atmosphere itself is so inviting and relaxing. This will be my go to spa.
