Granted, I have not been in a Toys R Us in many, many years. However, this place was a disaster. It looked like a Black Friday tragedy weeks after Black Friday. There were toys everywhere, but not in a good way. We purchased some video games, and as we were completing our credit card transaction, the machine turned off. The young man at the register said we could go to customer service if we wanted a receipt. So we went to customer service, because we were not completely sure if the transaction had even gone through. When we finally got to speak to the manager, she asked us to call our credit card company to confirm before she could give us a receipt because she could not find it in her records. What was to be a quick run in to Toys R Us took a little over 40 minutes. Sigh

I’ve been shopping there for years, but the unnessessary rudeness of the manager who made my 8 yr old daughter cry for asking her for a flyer, we won’t be shoping there any more.

Your typical Toys R Us, nothing special. I went here before dinner to see their Babies R Us section, and like any joint Toys R Us and Babies. R Us store, it is very limited. They do have a lot of toys, a bit messy and cluttered at this location, but kids come here so that’s understandable. Anywho, if you’re in the area and need to get some toys, then this is not a bad place to go.
