The Greenhouse

Interesting setting for social events — more than you would expect. As unique venues are hard to come by, thinking outside the box will let you turn this retail garden center greenhouse into a memorable location that your guests will be talking about for a long time. Beautiful tropical plants create a lush setting, with the sound of running water from numerous fountains and garden statuary adding to the ambiance. You can easily move the décor around to suit your needs. Considering the flexibility afforded by this setting you can create a fabulous event with a little imagination. I recently attended a wedding at the Greenhouse. The event was top shelf all the way, excellent food, great music, wonderful fresh florals for the tables, plenty of table seating and music with a dance floor. It was very romantic and felt like a wedding in the tropics. It is obvious the wedding couple gave a lot thought as to how to turn a retail plant store into a unique, memorable, and fun venue. The planner was really on their game with this one. It was one of the best weddings I have been to in a long time. Everyone was having a great time.

You know that you are truly welcome when you pull into a parking lot and one of the employees greets you and tells you about their 20% off everything sale before you even get out of the car. Yes that did happen. We pulled in and a woman had us roll down our car window and told us about the sale. Funniest and most unexpected welcome ever! :)
The actual business is much MUCH larger than expected. So give yourself plenty of time to have a stroll around the expansive property. There are 3 greenhouses, 2 store buildings (1 is connected to the gas station), several beautiful fountains and even a great pond (filled with colorful koi fish!)
They have a selection of pots throughout the property. Wide variety of plants. There are trees, bushes, flowers, herbs, etc. everything you could possibly want with reasonable prices.
I highly recommend checking this place out!

Would have given 5 stars but the ladies that worked there were unfriendly and not helpful, but the plants were very healthy and didn’t cost much more than Lowe’s and Home Depot and the selection was excellent.

I love this greenhouse! They’re constantly getting in new products, and the quality has always been great. Give yourself plenty of time to meander through. There are several greenhouses to check out.
Other than plants and flowers, they also have a great selection of hardscaping products!

Overpriced and rude… the woman actually said,” I’m about to close, so don’t expect me to be nice to you.” She basically rushed me out the door and it was 20 minutes until they closed. Horrible customer service and over priced products. Never go here. Never never! It should be called the MeanHouse!
