Just had the best customer service experience while ordering a box of truffles to be delivered to a co-​worker. I was trying to describe a picture of two truffles from my CWs recent Facebook post, and I was doing an embarrassingly bad job. The associate asked if I could text the pic to her. Brilliant! She knew right away what they were and volunteered to find 8 more flavors to complete a delivery request based on her analysis of the two in the picture. Yay! I did not want to guess 10 flavors for my co-​worker. No thank you! But I do hope she enjoys the experts choice.
We will definitely use them again!

Not only is the Candy Basket run by the most gracious and delightful people, but they are SO excited about what they do it’s almost infectious. I dare you to show up and not leave with a smile on your face!
Their selection is immense, and always fresh. They take quality seriously here and you won’t find old stale candy or chocolates in this store. The owners try to showcase local sweets makers, and often have chocolate and coffee tasting parties after hours. They have a newsletter you can sign up for that keeps you up-​to-​date on special events and usually offers a discount for purchases.
I love this place to death, and even though I no longer live in Norman I still make a point to travel here for any special occasion candy or sweets I need!

I’m so glad I live in a town with a place as perfect as the Candy Basket. The owners are kind, helpful and remember you each time you walk in the door. They have everything from handcrafted Moonstruck chocolates to Jelly Bellies. It’s crowded, it’s tasty, and their gift selection is fantastic. I always spend wayyyyyyyy too much money in this place. But it’s always worth it!
