Yes, artist refunded all but the«run through» however 2 weeks is not a sufficient amount of time to cancel on a client before their wedding. The artist texted me her cancellation on me with an explanation that she had another bride in a different town that morning and wouldn’t be able to fulfill her obligations to me when I had booked her several months before. Not a bad person, but unprofessional business practices.
