I have been shopping at this pharmacy since 1986. Over time it seems the pharmacy has gone down hill. Precriptions are rarely ready. They are suppose to have scripts ready at certain time and you arrive only to be told«we are out of it» Seriously? Wouldnt it be great to call and inform the people? I have even seen a customer pick up a script in the«drop off only» lane. Then have the tech deny it, after I am waiting for multiple cars. Late night Pharmacist is the best. He is personable, helpful and never makes me feel like I am putting him out. If you cannot wait and get the scipt late night/early morning go elsewhere. And the Minute clinic? It is a joke. My daughter arrived at 1:10, filled out info only to be told by nurse«I have to take my lunch at 1:30, you can wait and I will take you in first. What? Really? What are you going to do for the next 15 min? I wasnt asking for you to perform surgery. The sales staff/check out staff is great. Try the CVS pharmacy on 36th and Tecumseh, they are not 24 hour, but they always seem to have the script I need and they also compound scripts. They are very pleasant.

I’d recommend finding a different pharmacy. This one NEVER has prescriptions ready that have been called in by my doctor. if you need to use this location, ask to have it ready a half day before you really need it, else they y tend to wait until you arrive and tell you they are still working on it. They usually have plenty of pharmacist; they are just always busy.
