Anderson Lacy MD

Dr. Anderson was our family’s physician for about 5 years. While she was a wonderful caring doctor for the first years, she is no longer. She spends a minimum amount of time in the room speaking with you. Her staff are ill-​trained and rude and she no longer seems to care at all. If a patient comes to a doctor completely unable to eat due to constant nausea and vomiting, one would imagine the doctor would prescribe something. In this case, a member of my family was in this situation; I had to return to the doctor and insist on some sort of anti-​nausea medicine while we waited for test results. This was a scary situation and I find it unforgivable that the doctor listened so little and could not be bothered to think about how this might feel to a patient. Dr. Anderson is a good diagnostician but the lack of warmth and caring towards her patients means we will no longer go to see her.

Dr. Anderson is very attentive and does a great job with both me and my kids. I would recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I both see Dr. Anderson and we have never been disappointed. She is very knowledgeable and she is a good listener. It sometimes takes awhile to get an appointment with her, but there is an urgent care available in the same building which is helpful for acute illnesses that need more prompt attention. Her nurse Heather is great as well. She is always helpful and friendly.

She was our family doctor for a year. I recommend her highly. She seems to have a top-​notch grasp of medicine and puts patients at ease.
