I love this place. Great, friendly staff. Huge facility so you don’t feel cramped. Lots of equipment so jot a long wait time most of the time. Always clean. I have been coming here for almost a year and can’t say enough good things about 10 gym as a whole. Other reviews talk about hidden fees in the fine print. If it’s in the fine print it is not hidden. They are very open about their fees and policies. This will be my gym for life.

Their cancellation policy is absurd. They expect you to continue to pay the monthly fee even if you move to a town 45 miles from the nearest facility. You are expected to plead with them to cancel and they may choose to not release you from your contract. Unfair business practices for sure! Go elsewhere as they are completely NOT trustworthy!

I don’t know about cancellation fees, but for premium, there is a contract, and you do have to pay 42 ONCE. That is for the whole year. Sign on, one time fee. Then each month, you pay 21.95, that’s 20 with tax. This gym is pretty awesome, if you are going to use a gym for a long time. I like the classes quite a bit, and the sauna is fabulous after you work out. I have been going to this gym (Norman and SOC) for about 6 months now, and it is wonderful.
