I found the course good with the exception of the sand traps. For some reason they are not maintained. Other than that it it a good value and an enjoyable play.

The course is well maintained and offers some variety with its hole layouts. It does travel through a residential neighborhood but I never once felt that the houses came into play. There is plenty of space next to the fairways and even being my first time playing the course I was able to determine where to miss most tee shots. I would play it again if I were in the area. Quality course for good value. $ 40 for 18 and cart on July 4th holiday. I was also able to play through 5 different groups to finish 18 holes in under 3 hours. You have 3 tee options over 6000 yards. Play the correct yardage for your skill level and it should be an enjoyable round.

Fine golf course. $ 40/person includes cart. Good value. Great for intermediate an beginners alike. Excellent place for recreational golfers. You can buy beer at the clubhouse but it’s $ 3.25 a can. Ouch! I have fun here and hope you will too.

This is one of the longest, if not the longest, courses that I have ever played. It’s well-kept, with deep green fairways and greens. Trees are scarce, and there is not too much water either. The lay-out is odd. It’s as if the course was plopped down around existing houses, or else they just sold houses on the golf course. For example, many holes are lined with residences(very close, mind you) on one or two sides, and the cart path actually crosses a residential street and betweeen houses to get from one hole to another. It is held out as an upscale course, so it’s well-kept and quality to play. But compared to the Den or Crestwicke CC in Bloomington or even Lake of the Woods in Mahomet, it doesn’t have anything unique to offer or even a mature landscape. Recommend playing it once just to say that you have done so, but unless something strikes you about being reminded at every turn that you are squarely in the middle of a booming residential area, I don’t think it will become a favorite. Only word of advice: get a cart. It is physically and mentally long. Around $ 45 for 18 holes.
