Steve Hebel was soliciting in my neighborhood and leaving his business cards at doors that even say NOSOLICITING!!! If you are that horrible of a rep and need to break the law to get customers, I suggest a new job. Stop invading peoples’ privacy at home!

Another day without #Comcast service. Terrible customer support. Outage in area yesterday, now modem shot, called customer support at 2:15pm for tech help — nothing. Was told nobody could come out to help until NEXTDAY? Really. So it is now next day and still no Tech support! Our business is all cloud based… phone calls, pos system, customer support, receiving payments, etc. Comcast does not help. Run to another provider. #comcastoutage #ComcastDoesntCare #badcustomerservice

This is one of my least favorite places to go in town. The clerks are never friendly or helpful. Today we had to return a router of my sons from college. We called the 1800 number to ask what we should do. They said to turn it in at local service center. So that is what we attempted to do. The clerk was confused and not sure what to do. We had our original comcast ticket with information she said she couldnt look up our acct. She didnt even try! I asked her to ask her manager for help or call 1800 number she said mgr not in but would email her to call me. Said not allowed to give out mgr name or contact number. It is ridiculous that comcast has no idea how to help their customers or find a answer for them. Not only could we get no help clerk was rude from beginning of transaction to the end. We left very upset still waiting on call from manager!

For 4 months I have been attempting to get some customer service from this company to no avail I am frustrated and upset, and out several hundred dollars. The local shop has been the only one nice, although they could not help me either. Look forward to switching to Dish.
