The customer service SUCKS! I cannot stand coming to this location. Between their attitudes, cold food and poor building maitenance, im surprised its still open, ughhh

Hit up the value menu for a quick small lunch. Basic food, low prices and relatively good. Fresh produce on the buck-​a-​burger was nice. The fries were a bit oily but hey. it’s .99. The neighborhood is sketchy but what isn’t in this area of Nova.

My 4 year old really needed to use the restroom. We stopped off at this location for him to use the facilities. As soon as I threw open the door to the «one person» bathroom, it wreaked of smoke (weed maybe? Definitely not a cigarette and not like burnt food either.) And there were melted indents on the toilet paper holder that clearly indicated someone trying to put something out. Considering someone could easily just smoke outside somewhere else, I’m assuming it’s probably an employee that’s doing it. Seriously, it’s nauseating in there. They definitely need to have a «mystery shopper» come through this location and get this place back on track. For a fast food joint, there really shouldn’t be bad ratings. It’s a shame…

This location can be slow at times. They barely get my order right and. Fries taste

It was open. They deserve stars for being the only late night option in a 4 mile radius. The food satisfies a late night hunger. In the light of day — I would drive on by.

Declined my Unilocal offer. Soggy fries. Sandwich was super dry and all that food was not worth almost $ 20. Won’t return. Drinks handed to me with soda on outside which is a pet peeve. The soda should be in the cup! Not outside of it. Service was quick hence the one star. Not impressed they would not honor Unilocal coupon.
