Hey… I was about to chew my arm off if I didn’t eat. So, I stopped by this Wendy’s location for lunch. Not my food of choice. A picture of the Bacon n Blue on Brioche caught my eye. Delicious, quick, & polite service… For fast food.

In an update from my 2009 review, this Wendy’s has improved drastically. They remodeled (not like the top notch Wendy’s closer to Janaf, but made some changes) and got rid of their roach invasion issue. I had no intentions of ever returning here, but (in all honesty) I forgot!
The customer service still has some issues, but the food is quick and good. If they could change some of the staff, I would be a pretty decent place to get your grub on.

This place has THE worst service as do most fast food places. Every time I come here I get pushed through like I’m cattle and end up with gross, cold fried food. Here’s a tip Wendy’s — hire nice people (if you don’t like working at Wendy’s, DON’T WORK AT WENDY’S!), really cook food to order and change your grease once in awhile. I’d only eat here if I had no other choice.

The type of place where you should expect to get what is ordered, because it’s not terribly complicated to begin with.
I was there one evening after a late night at work and needed just something small on my way home. The order was as simple as could be, I drove to the window where the cashier was more than willing to take my payment. She then told me that the items were being made and that I should drive up a bit.
Unfazed, I did so. Thus began my half hour wait. Eventually it became a matter of principle. I wanted to get a recipt (which I noted I was not given at the window) so that I could rate them on their own site. When my food came out there was no recipt and when I asked for one I was told I couldn’t get one.
And surprise, they got the 2-​item order wrong. Not going back.

This wendys sucks major ass. LOL
Seems like they can not get an order straight.
Last night I ordered. a number 1 with cheese, side salad. and a kids cheeseburger meal. I asked for kids sprite and a diet coke.
I got the number one with cheese. FRIES (that i didnt want) and the salad. I got a regular coke. for the kids meal I got the cheeseburger fries and kids sprite. some how I got an adult sprite to go with my order
the fries are always soggy and cold.
