This place is horrible… I was walking around the store when I accidentally bumped into the hard, sharp edged, glass table and literally stabbed my leg. There is a wound and one of the worst things could happen next. An employee yells at me and I get kicked out, because of bumping into a freaking table that was a safety hazard. SORUDE! I will not be returning.

I’m giving them three stars because the store is beautiful and it’s fun to browse through. Also, the sales staff is great. Holy hell is Urban Outfitters expensive! I am not a cheap person but this is excessive. $ 12 for a cheap set of stickers that you can buy at 5 Below for $ 2? $ 28 for a plain white t shirt? Get outta here. Urban Outfitters is trolling us. Don’t ever buy anything here.

This store is pretty cool. Not going to lie — I had no idea Norfolk had an Urban Outfitters. I’ve been looking at their website and shopping for undies and lingerie and dresses and stuff for a while now and this whole time I could’ve come here and tried this stuff on! Doh! It’s three stories and it’s pretty cool-looking inside because it’s very urban with peeling paint and some rustic shutters and door frames and shit. The clothing is very minimal yet urban. They have everything but mostly it is understated type stuff. Small lacy bras with no underwire — midriff striped black and white shirts — flower dresses, etc. They have some household goods scattered about and upstairs sell some various items like records, mugs, and birthday cake candles. It’s a random assortment but the stuff is all pretty neat. The fitting rooms are on the third floor where there are some clothing items and the sale section — the fitting rooms are really nice and rustic. All of the employees were really friendly and offered to take my items to the fitting room for me — about three folks did this during my time in the store and added the items to my fitting room for me. When I went to try everything on the gal working up there was friendly and got me sizes as needed. Sadly, parking is a bitch since it’s right in the middle of downtown but as long as the weather is nice you can park in one of the nearby garages and walk the 3 – 4 blocks.

This place is huge. Multi-level. Cool design. Clean. Neat. Spacious. Attentive staff ready to help you. Huge volume of clothing at all times. I had a nice little conversation with the worker at the entrance who welcomed me, notified me of the sale of the day, and directed me to my section. The clearance section is pretty large. And it is close to the fitting rooms. A lady on the top floor also offered assistance. When I was leaving the guy that first greeted me asked me if I had found anything and thanked me for coming. One of the upper levels had some cool, trendy items not found in your average store. Want records? Come here. I like the wide staircase in the center. Nice architectural element. I had no idea Urban Outfitters was here. I arrived in the area for an appointment super early and I was wandering around passing the time when I decided to check out Urban Outfitters.

This is probably one of my favourite high street fashion brands at the moment. I love the idea of a rustic and countrified concept, the entire store is visually stunning. The decorations and hanging ornaments are striking and magnificently well displayed. This particular store is clean and neat. It’s also spacious and easy to get around. The display merchandise is eye-catching. This might be a three(3) story store but the staff here is very attentive and always care to help. Unfortunately, this isn’t everyones taste of style. I come here very often and as for my observation the brand has an emotional bond with clientele range from 16 — 30 years of age. I must say, its quite expensive compared to others however the quality speaks for itself. Its inventory primarily consists of clothing, footwear, and housewares, which largely draws from bohemian, hipster, ironically humorous, kitschy, retro, and vintage styles. And oh, before I forget all sales items are located at the third floor.

Probably one of the most unique stores I have been in. I had heard many times about Urban Outfitters before, but this was the first time I had stepped inside one. It’s a 3-story mecca of trendy clothing, unique gadgets and items for the home. I really enjoyed browsing the 2nd floor, which had records(yep, actual records), techie items and a pretty awesome selection of gifts and items. Most of the clothing isn’t my style, but I’ll be returning for that hard-to-shop-for person.

This is one of the best places I’ve seen yet. 3 stories. Very open space and great workers.

This is the first time I actually walked in here! Too bad there aren’t more stores down this road for me to window shop. Norfolk is moving up in the world though to have attracted this national chain. I always enjoy coming in here and perusing their eclectic clothing and souvenirs. If you want something a «little different» this is the place for you! It’s next to a bunch of restaurants so either a pre meal or post meal shopping spree might actually get your juices going. I love their t-shirts, backpacks and shoes!
