I love this location the staff is always friendly and they don’t give me an attitude when they mess up my order and I ask for it to get fixed like other locations do. The establishment is clean and the bathroom is as well. If any complaints i would say their parking is minimal but no biggie!

Everyone was super nice here! We, unfortunately, had to stay here and do business work for my father for over 6 hours. It was so nice to not worry about getting kicked out for staying too long, or bothered every second. We could focus on what we needed to get done, and ordered drinks that were exactly what we craved, made perfectly! Thanks guys!

Good outdoor seating and fairly quick drive through for this newly designed coffee shop. Unfortunately the style of the building is the only thing that separates it from other locations… so…if you’re looking for the coffee quality consistency that’s the trademark of Starbucks you won’t be disappointed.

This Starbucks is so close to my house but the drive-thru is normally packed in the morning so I wasn’t able to grab my favorite drink on the way to work many times. However, they are normally good at taking orders. I have been ordering the greentea frapp with only 1 pump of classic syrup or mocha frapp with an extra expresso shot and they turned out just be perfect, and not so many other places can give me the same taste for some reasons. The sandwiches are always good. Absolutely, I would visit this Starbucks few times on my day off, and on Sundays. Btw the Smores frapp with an extra expresso shot I ordered today was way too sweet. I’m not sure if they need to add caramel to the bottom of it.

The location leaves a lot to be desired; however, passing through the area, we thought it would be a good idea to stop and get a drink. The coffeehouse was similar to most of the others local Starbucks locations. Nothing really stood out. They didn’t greet customers as they arrived as many other Starbucks locations do. There was plenty of seating and not many patrons. I guess that’s why I was surprised that they were distracted enough to forget part of my order while I stood at the counter. The girl making drinks was a little put out when we requested the whipped cream on the iced macchiato(the way we ordered it). She quickly let me know that it doesn’t come with whipped cream. It does if we ask while placing the order which we did. With that she added the whipped cream but also put caramel drizzle on it which we didn’t ask for and my daughter didn’t want. It wasn’t worth making a big deal over so we just took the drink. I had to venture back up to the counter to get my baked good because they had forgotten. This is probably a location that I would pass by if I were out this way again. I don’t generally like to return to places that don’t value their customers. There is one other thing that I should make mention of in the event that there are others out there that are careful about what they consume. Starbucks has removed the HFCS(high fructose corn syrup) from their products which tells me that they are listening to their customers. That’s a national thing though.

Service slow servers to busy talking with each other need to pay attention to customers standing in front of them. Coffees, cinnamon roll and apple pound cake very good. Overall service 2, cleanliness 3 several dirty tables and counter not fully stocked. Coffees, Apple pond cake and cinnamon roll very good 4 for overall quality.

So, it’s Starbucks. Pretty typical of any Starbucks, over-priced coffee drinks. Drive-thru and walk in. Very small seating area in the front. current staff is pretty nice, wait time varies.

I liked this Starbucks quite a bit. Reasonable parking area that is easy to get to from Military Highway. Inside, there is quite a lot of space and many tables of different configurations. Quite comfortable and not too loud at all. My coffee was quickly prepared as ordered. And it was as good as any Starbucks can be. Bonus: Anna makes the most amazing foam. Kudos!

Nice space. Large with enough room to move around and seat lots of people. I got my standard grande pike and then ordered a pumpkin scone but was handed the pumpkin muffin. 40 calories less than the scone so I was ok with it. This Starbucks also has a drive thru. So really. That makes this pretty awesome.

Of all of the Starbucks I’ve been in, this is most certainly one of them(or did I use that line already in another review… if so, sorry about that…). This one is really nothing all that special to be honest with you. The location is ehhh, so so. It was recently redone and all shiny and stuff, but there is still very limited outdoor seating, and that seating has a wonderful view of the parking lot. So yea, you come here for coffee. If you bring a friend, then you have some conversation. This isn’t the sort of place, however, that you are likely to meet someone hanging around soaking up the vibe… On this particular visit, the service was kinda not so wonderful, I ordered my standard prior to noon Venti Bold(Sumatra if ya gots it), if took them an usually long time to put the cup under the nozzle and pull back the handle thingy… in fact, I actually had to remind them of it after about 10 minutes or so. Of course, they poured my coffee, apologized profusely, gave me a Free on Me Next Time coupon, patted me on the head, and sent me on my way. So yea, of all the Starbucks I’ve been to, this is most certainly one of them. Next?

«WEE-HEE are never ever ever getting back together!” — taylor swift… not getting back together because its too damn cold! It was raining outside and they had the temp down to what i swear was 60 degrees! Now im not skinny by any means so dont give me the«skinny girls get cold easy lecture». i know they get cold and i normally like my room a little cold. But this was ridiculous! I guess its cause they wanted people like me(who came there to study) to buy something warm. well, it worked. They made me a chai latte that tasted OKAY, but it was a bit too watery for my taste. Also it did take a couple of minutes for them to make it. which im not used to. 90% of starbucks ive been to dont usually make me wait over 3 minutes for a drink. I wasnt really in a rush, its just something unusual that i noticed. but they DO have a drive thru– so it could have been the reason for my drink delay. Anyhow, both times ive been there the staff have been warm and inviting, but the shop is just too cold! My suggestion?.. do what i did and head over to the panera across the street! Its warm, and they have ample food, drinks and outlets!

I awaited the opening of this Starbucks for some time, watching its construction since Spring. Well, it’s officially open… abandoning its old location next to T-Mobile and Walgreens a block over to a pair of new digs next to AT&T and Taco Bell. So what’s my take? Hmmm, I’ll try to be brief(yeah right, lol) so here we go… Location: Like a block over from the old location. This store is more visible mainly due to it’s beautiful façade that makes it stand out from the ho hum architectural flavor of the Military Highway shopping corridor. It’s still too early to tell how much of a headache parking will be because the other stores(AT&T and a mattress store) haven’t opened yet as of this review. But I did notice that there are two reserved spots for energy efficient cars… as well as the Suburbans and Durangoes that were parked in them. Smh. Ambiance: This store is larger and much more spacious than the old store. But to me, the old store had an intimate vibe to it whereas this store feels cavernous. There are a lot more seats including a massive UFO-like table that sits in the entryway. Drinks/Staff: The same friendly and motivated crew moved into this location. I asked them how they liked their new digs and they all agreed that the drive thru window affected their morale. LOL! Overall, nice spacious store with visually appealing looks and a very friendly staff. Parking might be suspect when the other tenants in the shared building open but the drive thru will at least alleviate that.
