I wanted to leave a review on my experience with Roto-​Rooter. I called & made an appointment Sunday for Monday between 3:00 — 5:00pm. At 9:00pm & they had yet to show up, so I called & canceled the appointment. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. Will not be calling them again.

They told me they would arrive between 2 – 4 to repair my clogged drain line. They never arrived! After waiting all day, I called another company that arrived promptly and completed the job. I will never call Roto-​rooter again. Very disappointed that a company that has been around for so long can’t commit to providing prompt service!

The general manager contacted me to discuss my issue. I was informed additional training will be provided to the technician that came out to my home. I hope the additional training helps others to avoid the problems I had.

When Roto Rooter came to my residence they were very quick in resolving my issue. The problem is that it took me having three appointments for them to show. The first night no one showed up and I had to call to find out why. The second night I was told more than once that someone would be at my house that night. Didn’t happen so I had to reschedule again. The third night the dispatcher promised that someone would come. He could me before the plumber showed up to inform me that the plumber was on the way. Roto Rooter is a great idea but I believe the limited technicians makes things inefficient.

Horrible! I had a 5:30 appointment for a repair to a leaking tub faucet. They showed up at 2 in the morning! Yes that’s right 2 am! I was charged $ 250 to change a gasket… Never ever again!
